I was really disappointed with the food at mezcal. I would say it would be a good stop for drinks and appetizers but then head somewhere else for the main course. also it's expensive. more

We ate here for dinner on a Sunday night. The chips (super salty!) and the guacamole dip was excellent. For dinner I had the steak and substituted the rice for jalapeno mashed potatoes both of which were excellent. My wife enjoed it so much she returned for dinner with a friends a few days later. One of my favorite restaurants in Worcester, located in the middle of Shrewsbury Street (where you'll have zero shortage of places to eat). This was very disappointing--don't try the gourmet guacamoles--stick to the traditional, which is made fresh for you and very tasty. The other items I tried: fish and chile rellenos were greasy, and even the nachos were unappetizing. more

Probably the best Mexican in Worcester. Great selection of Tequila. Food was ok, but not the best Mexican I have ever had. I have been there 3 times, and every time: The Gaucamole is fresh, but there are WAY to many chunky onions. There are always flys (even right now in late October.)
