A lot for less

You can have breakfast or lunch at any time of day. They open at 7 am and close at 2 pm. The booths hold 4 adults but they will group it with a table for groups of 6. They do not take reservations, "They are a diner...What do you expect !" The food is cooked fresh and some of the... read more

Came here due to all the positive reviews. Place was clean and cozy. I got a seat at the bar. It was busy at 9:30 am. I ordered the the Steak and Cheese omelette. It was large and tasty. The coffee was good and never got empty! The girls working there were extremely pleasant and funny. I am coming back... More

Lou Roc's is a local favorite particularly for breakfast... so much so that a wait to be seated is almost inevitable unless you are extremely lucky and your timeing is perfect. That said it is well wrth the wait as the staf is friendly, the food delicious and the helpings enough for two meals. It is one of the best... More

Go here when you are hungry. One serving is usually enough for three normal people! Good, fresh, be prepared for a wait on Sundays.

How could you not love good home cooking served up to you in such a way that you feel like one of "The Locals"? This is a trip back in time to when Diners were King and meatloaf was the top of the menu. The food is home cooking at its best, served up hot, fast, and with plenty of... More

Many of my co-workers had spoken about the food. I decided to take my 3 1/2 year old for breakfast after her dentist appointment. First, the service was fantastic. Our waitress was personable, brought some crayons for my daughter to color during our wait and attentive. I had two eggs, English muffins and home fries. My daughter had chocolate chip... More

Every time I go or drive by there is a line out the door and down the ramp. You will need to wait awhile to get in. Only go if you are willing to wait. That being said it's worth the wait. The food is awesome. The portions are huge. While you are waiting to get in you will notice... More

For breakfast, get there early as it gets crowded fast! The food is great and is worth the wait. The servers move quickly and the food is prepared fast so the wait isnt as bad as it may look. Irish Eggs Benedict with homemade hash is my fav! Best homemade hash in the area, in my opinion.

You have to have a BIG appetite to eat here. Just look at the photo. Also plan to wait in line if you try to get breakfast on weekend morning. Whatever you order, expect twice as much and twice the quality. Waitstaff move fast and provide good service. They serve lunch as well. Prices are reasonable--expect leftovers.

Had the homemade cornbeef hash with two eggs over easy. No homefries just toast! The portion was outstanding and packaged up the remainder. There was enough for another breakfast. The coffee was endless. Our waitress was very attentive and sociable. Place is small with booths and tables in the first section. There was an upper level but couldn't see. There... More
