Sole Proprietor doesn't quite rate up there with some of the restaurants by the shore, but it is at least as good as any place in Boston. I started going to the Sole after work about a year ago. The staff is incredible and very personable. I love going here, there is a closeness between everyone there. It gets busy sometimes but always friendly and inviting. The drinks are incredible and reasonably priced and the sushi is some of the best. Would highly recommend the after hours... more

We had a very nice seafood meal at Sole Proprietor on August 15, 2008. It is a beautiful restaurant with great service. The seafood was fresh, portions large, and the one person in our party who had surf and turf was given an excellent steak. Salads and chowders also were excellent. I was convinced that top notch seafood cannot be found in central massachusetts. i was wrong. i was very impressed by this establishment. it has an ample parking lot, large bar area, big menu and the food was awesome. i dined here for lunch and it was a bargain. be warned, dinner looked a little pricey. more

The sole has some of the great seafood in Worcester! Sometimes the bar area can get a little crazy and loud when your trying to dine, but the food is worth it! Reservations are usually necessary. Tasteworcester.com also has a great review on the sole! more
