I used to visit Foodworks during business travel and happened to visit them again this March. They've quite lost out the personal touch, hear from the below reviews the change in owners, never thought that'd be the reason. There have been fond memories with colleagues at this Chinese hangout. Would love it to get back on track. All the best... More

I used to love Foodworks, but not now. I've been there twice since the new owners took over. The fried rice was absolutely tastless...........very blah. I also ordered the chicken wings. When I got home, and bit into one.........yup, red and bloody inside. They were not cooked all the way. I threw them out. I will go again, but only... More

I went twice after the new owners took over and have not been back. Food takes forever to come out and ends up coming out cold. If you send it back instead of remaking the food it will come back scorched. That and it just is not the same without Laurie and Peggy,

We sure do miss the old owners, food quality has gone down. Looks like I need to find a new Chinese take out place

Foodwork has been sold went there tonight not knowing that and the service was awful and the food was gross to. I should have left without ordering when I seen that Peggy and Laurie were gone but I thought it would be the same because the Chinese people behind the counter said nothing changed. They lied stay away.

Foodworks has been in the Webster Sq. area for as long as I can remember. It is the only place that I have frequently ordered my chinese food from. The staff is very friendly, some in different ways that others. The man is kind and understanding, kind of the typical customer service type. But, the ladies, they are a roit.... More

My family frequently gets takeout from Foodworks. Service: The guy that works there is much friendlier than the ladies. If they are busy you can expect to be brushed off quickly, but I can attest to having one occasion where I got an order that required help and they did help (was looking for non wheat noodles and no msg... I've never had anything I didn't like from Foodworks but the Egg Foo Young is the best that I've had anywhere. I would recommend Foodworks to anyone. I will concede that the service is better and more friendly when the gentleman is running things but the food is consistently good. Though more of a take-out restaurant, My wife and I... More
