We just happened upon this restaurant by accident and were so happy we did!! The meal was delicious, the service attentive, our waitress Brianna was a delight! We sat out on the patio and it was perfect!! If you find yourself in Worcester try Ceres Bistro!

We were there for breakfast. Our server was more focused on closing the buffet line and wiping down tables than taking care of us. Repeated requests for coffee and water as she was bustling by. The food however, was very good.

Our dinner here was excellent, for the first time since dining gluten-free I was able to enjoy an appetizer and dessert with my meal. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the service was also outstanding. We chose to dine inside, though are already planning to return for drinks and appetizers outdoors in the future.

Our friends in Ashford CT had invited us to their annual 4th of July celebration, and we had planned to go. However, Hurricane Arthur changed all that. We did not want to get stuck in any downpour on a freeway, and so stayed in Worcester that day. In the evening, it was still raining hard, we were hungry, but were... More

The place is not inexpensive but the food and service were excellent. Sitting outside on a fine evening with my wife, son and his girlfiend was special. No bugs and quite comfortable. Everyone raved about what they had; lamb, tuna and my boullibase was delicious. Looking forward to going back when they have Mitch Chikour and his band there on July... More

Thank you Andrea for your excellent service during our business lunch today (6/17). Your attention to detail in an unobtrusive way was very much appreciated.

Ceres used to be a favorite, but I've now had two very disappointing meals. During my last meal, the salad was inedible; full of sand. The crispy shallots were soggy and cold. The service is wonderful; very attentive. But the food is a huge disappointment. It will be a while before I go back.

We recently had a memorial service for a family member. The Beechwood was able to provide us with a private room for about 20 within a days request. They put on a wonderful spread of appetizers and beverages. The whole place was extremely clean and the service was excellent. Thank you!

Lunches range from a few entrees to salads and sandwiches, all under $15. I had the Bistro Chicken Breast which said warm whole grain mustard potato salad. I interpreted that as the type of potato salad you’d have in the summer but it was red roasted potatoes with whole grain mustard on top, so a disappointment. The chicken was rather... More

I had dinner at Ceres while I was staying at the Beechwood Hotel where Ceres is located. The restaurant was fairly empty the night I was there. I found the menu somewhat limited as most entrees were fairly expensive. I had a salmon ceasar salad which was fine - nothing spectacular. Service was very attentive. Bread was amazing!
