From the moment we arrived at the restaurant it was a negative experience. The bartender was nowhere to be found--a very pleasant waitstaff woman made us drinks. We then went up and outside for a pre-reception cocktail hour. They 'ran out' of common beers and wines very quickly. it was not because guests were drinking them excessively. We were told... More

So Luciano's Cotton Club, owned by Maxwell's, sponsored a visit by a Rolling Stones imitation band at Union Station, where they are located. It was a great time but had a few flaws. The ad's and the tickets had different start times, which I was able to verify by calling Luciano's. The food came out late and was mostly fried... More

Should have known, when a restaurant offers "Groupons", .something's probably not right. Terrible service, inexperienced staff, very few tables occupied, excuses, waitress and hostess blaming the chef, no manager available, and he, Garo, never returned phone calls.....tried 5x. Completely unresponsive. Same thing at Luciano's Cotton Club.....prime time on a Saturday night at 7:20, there were only 4 tables occupied. These... More

I came for dinner and drinks with a group of friends. We went on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised to see complimentary valet parking. We walked into the station and were impressed by the beauty of the inside of the station. The restaurant had a cool vibe. When we received our menu's I was surprised at how inexpensive... More

My wife and I recently tried Luciano's and were a little apprehensive when the prices were so low, but my seasame encrusted tuna steak was among the best I've had and she greatly enjoyed here salmon.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time. The food is not overpriced and the quality is fantastic. I have never received bad service there. The waitresses I've had were all very pleasant. The atmospher is romantic and comfortable. It's very well decorate to show off America's roaring twenties. I always enjoy my dining experience here and recommend it... More

My wife and I have eaten there twice in the last year or so and were thoroughly impressed each time. Most recently (about two weeks ago) we met there after work and decided to eat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and made very good drinks. She also allowed my wife to sample a few different wines to... More

I had drinks on the second floor patio and then went inside for some great entertainment. Then it happened I ordered the Pizza. It was crunchy with a tomato sauce unlike any other I tasted before. It came with a little extra sauce. After being there 6 and a half hours I didn't want to leave. Don't let the per... More
