Excellent beer selection and good food

If you're looking for a gastro pub with a great selection of (proper) beer, look no further! The small space is always packed with guests, and the food never disappoints. The beer selection is a mix of great Belgians, some German and English items, and the rest are some of the better microbrews... read more

Friendly, helpful staff, great beer and amazing food. What more can you ask for. Hard to find, rare beers. I got Hill Farmstead Susan on tap. Corned beef breakfast sandwich for St. Patrick's day was perfectly cooked on fresh bread made next door. Now to make room and head back in. It's that good!

I've stopped in twice for a rare beer they had on draft. First time I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Second time I had homemade Mac and cheese that was delicious. The menu is different, but everything seems to be homemade. Throw in an amazing beer list, and this is a must stop in Worcester.

Most creative bloody Mary's in Worcester! Can you say Bacon?! Great local beers on tap as well. Food menu is very creative from local farms.

Usually we go to the Citizen, but it happened to be fully booked till 9:30. I'm glad it was! We had a great meal and great drinks! I loved the atmosphere and the service was wonderful. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

The food was excellent. Home made breads were the best. The service was attentive. The beer choices were numerous. We were there on a saturday at 4pm it was already crowded mostly college kids. My only complaint was the noise level. Some creative engineering could solve that. I will go back.

This place is terrific. We're semi-regulars. This most recent trip was for drinks and snacks after a show at the Hanover Theater. Impressive rotating draft beer list - the go to place in the area for Belgian beers. Food & cocktail menu change often to reflect the season - both from a weather and local ingredient availability standpoint. I had... More

Craft brews, local veggies and bread, interesting menu, good service. We'll be back, if for no other reason than there were so many things we wanted to try but can only eat/drink so much in one night! We came in early on a Friday night which helped to avoid the younger crowd which showed up as we were finishing our... More

Farm to table menu. The restaurant tries so hard to be unique that it was actually hard to order. They have a huge cheese selection. Best advice is to ask your waiter for selections. The meals were good, but just too many strange ingredients. We all loved the sweet potato cheesecake though. It was so smooth and tasty. Strange enough... More
