My wife, daughter and her young baby were looking for a new place to try for a pre-New Years celebration lunch. Other tripadvisor reviewers seemed to focus on the various beers offered which made us wonder if this was a good family type place. We went anyway and really had a wonderful experience. The place offers a comfortable laid back atmosphere... More

Do not EVER buy a gift certificate from the Seadog. I bought one for a christmas gift for my elderly parents and he closed the Northboro location suddenly. They are unable to get to the other locations and he would NOT refund my money. I would just be careful about giving him any business upfront. Be careful, the seadog may... More

The Seadog was chosen as a good spot to visit with an old friend visiting from far away. As expected, the beer was top notch with some decent assortment. However, they were out of a long list of their tap beers. We ordered at least five different beers before they had one in stock. I yelled out “Bingo.” One could... More

Went for dinner after a movie. The Sea Dog Pub is located in an area with lots of restaurant choices. The food portions were generous, however, not particularly made with high quality ingredients. The meals are definitely not cooked to order, since our meal arrived quickly. They have an extensive beer list, including many craft beers, however, the prices are... More

Good atmosphere, lots of menu choices from flatbread, salad, burgers, and sandwiches. There also appeared to be a good selection of beer for those that enjoy a nice cold one!

Sea Dog Brew Pub has a fun atmosphere that is great for gathering with your friends and sharing some appitizers and drinks. There is live entertainment on Saturday nights which is great! They have a wonderful selection of locally brewed beers. However with that being said if you are going for any drunks other than beer their prices are high.... More

I was so pleased to find a pub in this local that served real beer! When I write, "real beer" I'm referring to ale and not the watered down lager that so many enjoy. There was actually a menu for beer which I thought was fantastic and should be the case as well as food. We did stay for a... More

It's a pub/microbrew type place. Should be good right? Bad, dry pub food - tasted like it had been frozen and microwaved. Well at least there's beer... In our group of 12, we tried as many of their beers as possible. There was one somebody actually finished. The rest, we paid for but didn't drink. And the servers were slow,... More

We enjoyed the delicious menu and beer we were suggested to try. Walking distance from our hotel.. Good atmosphere, good menu and good staff.

All our meals were tasty, fish and chips, mac and cheese. We ordered the warm choc chip cookies for dessert. Don't bother. They were reheated cookies which then got hard. Not worth the money. Good service.
