Excellent sandwiches, and an incredible selection. A little pricey, but well worth it to experience a Williamstown tradition that's still here for a reason.

We love Pappa Charlie's for the gigantic variety of fresh sandwiches and soups as well. The most difficult part is deciding what to order! Perfect for eat-in or take out. The menu suits every possible taste-- there is practically no combination of your favorite foods that is unavailable! The variety of beverages is even great. Just the perfect place for... More

Oh my. The choices are endless. But so is the wait once you order. But talk about value. Very reasonable prices & fantastic sandwiches. Just don't go if you 're in a rush!

I ordered a sandwich without mustard, to go. Got to the car, and guess what: loaded with mustard. YUCK. It's unfortunate that such a simple request can't be fulfilled; this is the second time I had this problem at this restaurant (when I unwrapped, I kicked myself for having forgotten about the first time and not checking before I left.)... Pappa Charlie's is definitely a go-to when in Williamstown. With dozens of sandwich options, all named after various celebrities, you can't really go wrong. Affordable and fast, plus the quality is better than the Subway across the street. On nice days it's perfect to grab-n-go and eat outside along Spring Street on one of the benches.

Went here for breakfast after reading glowing reviews, maybe they were having an off day or hadn't had their first shot of caffeine. Server requires a personality injection and the food, well Ramsey would have a field day

I was not impressed. Menu is extremely confusing. Tables were not cleaned after the last party left. The table we sat at was disgusting. At least give us the tools so we can clean ourselves. There were no napkins available. Leaves that had been tracked in were all over the floor. We know where the bathroom is not but WHERE... More

I have been to Pappa Charlie's Deli five or six times over the last three years, most recently just after Labor Day, 2013. No matter who I'm with, the large selection of sandwiches, cutely named after celebrities and the soups hit the spot for all. After, or even before, touring the Clark Institute or shopping downtown Williamstown you can get... More

This popular self serve place is very reasonably priced- there are about 30 choices of great sandwiches ranging from 5 to 6 dollars with soups small and large between 3 to 4 dollars. Also good soup and half sandwich specials. Seating inside and out. Street parking which can get tight.

Busy, cozy deli with a huge selection of sandwich combinations. Soups and chili also available. Great for a quick bite.
