Well again as I have said as an Executive Chef myself and always searching for the best of the best these guys are the best not just at what they do for cuisine but always consistently delivering excellence. Next to Mezze these two are some of my favorites of all time . Great job and thank you for always delivering... More

We live in Williamstown and we love going to Coyote Flaco on our Wednesday date night or to meet friends. The owner is from Ecuador, so don't expect Tex Mex food. They have interesting specials and very friendly service. Fresh salsa is some of the best anywhere.

We enjoyed everything about our meal on a Saturday night except the lack of atmosphere. Others write that there is a good buzz at Coyote Flaco, but we were disappointed by the lack of other diners. I hope it was just a fluke, because the owners deserve a solid clientele. The food & drinks are good, and the service is... More

There are many things to enjoy in the menu, including basic Mexican meals that the kids Emily and more elaborate dishes with more flavor. We go back again and again.

quality food and delicious. Friendly and attentive - better than usual tex-med - more authentic in substance and flavorings.

This is terrible, over-priced Mexican food! The mole sauce with my flank steak was so thin I could see the bottom of my plate. It also had no flavor. And for $20.00 I should get more than just a 4-5 ounce piece of steak. The sour cream had to be watered-down since it was runny. I was supposed to have... More

My husband and I frequently visit Coyote Flaco. We have always had delicious meals. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is much better than your typical Americanized Mexican. I can't say it is more authentic since I have never been to Mexico, but it definitely beats other "Mexican" restaurants I have visited.

The food is dependably good, both from the menu and from the specials board. Our kids enjoy eating here, so it's a fun night out for the family

There is nothing negative at all I can say about tonight's dinner. Although the restaurant was full, conversation with friends was not strained. Service was timely and cordial, my steak was perfect. Was this the most authentic Mexican food I've experienced? No ~ but I dare say, probably in tune with the expectations of a New England palate. Was this... More

Very nice service, very good presentation, but reviewers who say the food is authentic have no clue. The sauces didn't have nearly enough flavor. The salsa was bland and chicken salad was served with the chips. What? Enchiladas suizas were bright green tortillas and the green sauce was watery. They are suizas--Swiss-- because they are creamy and cheesy. These were... More
