Good intention, but obscene prices don't justify the quality of god they serve. Yes, they can pit together good looking and sometimes delicious food. Both times we dined at Mee we had problems with our food. Outragiously small portions ( one tiny piece of grilled octopus for $18), overlooked dry very expensive halibut, small patties for what was called Berkshire... More

Best restaurant in the Berkshires!!! Do not miss this incredible meal. We were having a difficult time finding a restaurant that met our standards until we are here. Fried Chickpeas are a must!

I’d been receiving weekly emails from Mezza ever since I decided I really enjoyed its sister, Allium in Great Barrington, more than five years ago. They even relocated from ”downtown” Williamstown to a beautiful location just South of the town since I first wanted to try them out. This was now the perfect opportunity as we were also joining friends... More

What a lovely spot! The service begins with the hostess who called us in the afternoon to let us know that we could dine earlier if we cared to. We were seated at a great corner table and our waitress Dorothy could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The fresh eclectic menu changes daily and we tried a few... More

Small menu, which is ok with us, but we had a hard time choosing. The food was really quite good, but I don't think the taste lived up to the Farm to Table expensive perfection they try to convey.

This is "the" place to go for dinner. It is the first place that was mentioned to us by the inn, the articles we read, and any other source. It is also probably the most expensive and pretentious place in Williamstown. Our waiter was surprisingly unfamiliar with the food ingredients and could not help us understand the descriptions. The service... More

Although the restaurant was pretty well booked by a theater club the Saturday we chose to drop in unexpectedly, it was early enough that we were able to get a table on the deck—where we would have wanted to eat anyway. We were initially well taken care of by the busperson, who even fetched us a couple of glasses of... More

I ate at Mezze last fall and was surprised that my simple dish - pesto pasta - was undersalted and mushy. I really loved the ambiance, the service, the mission of the place in how they use local food, and the dishes of my other dining partners but was sorely disappointed with my dish! I have since been back for... More

We couldn't find fireworks, so we decided to have a splurge dinner 4th of July, and we were thrilled by the meal at Mezze. At first I thought the staff was a bit snobbish, but we were in a good mood and chocked it up to New England's taciturn reputation (we are from Texas). I decided to try things I'd... More
