Mezze is the best restaurant in Williamstown and a wonderful place for dinner after visiting the Clark or seeing a play at the Theater Festival. The rooms are lovely, the service attentive, the wine among the most interesting and diverse around, and the food fresh and delicious. This place is worth a trip!

Wonderful set up for a small group. Good bar and great food. Portions not too large but extremely well prepared and very tasty. Support for local suppliers is appreciated. Save room for desserts!

We've been to Mezze's twice in the past month and the first time was great....service and food. I was excited to return and have the same experience. The bus boy, Jeremy (I think), was great and explained more than our waitress. His service was exceptional and his friendliness made Mezze's a welcoming place. The dining room is lovely and the... I would give Mezze 5 stars across the board as their food truly amazes me every time (not easy to do) and their dining room is peaceful and pleasant...but each time we've gone we've had a 40 minute wait for our starters, let alone our main courses. We've been three times now, it is not a one- time fluke. The... More

This place was surprisingly busy for a Monday night in the Berkshires. The service was top notch. The portions were a size you would expect for a restaurant of that caliber. Would definitely go back again.

Inattentive and unhappy wait staff. We had a hard time getting our waitresses attention and when asking other wait staff to get her for us we were met with indifference. Wine came well into the 1st course and bread only after we asked twice. Menu was not user friendly... Strange combinations and not very understandable descriptions. Waitress seemed unfamiliar and... Dined here last night with two friends; we all live about an hour's drive east, in the Connecticut River valley. One of them had dined here 4-plus years back, and she said that the menu had since become less conventional-- focused on small plates-- and more creative. One of us is a vegetarian, and we all noted how vegetarian-friendly the... More

There is nothing better than a day visiting an amazing art community that is not overwhelming or exhausting, only to be followed by a delicious meal at Mezze. We could not get a reservation a week early so we ended up at the bar. Best seats in the house. The bartender/waitress was incredibly knowledgable and never dropped her smile and... More

My husband & I have eaten at Mezze a couple of times before, but this visit was exemplary! (A previous visit was at the height of the Tanglewood and Williamstown Theater Festival seasons, so this early fall visit was a nice surprise: a different experience altogether. Very laid back.) The duck confit appetizer was one of the tastiest dishes I've... More
