We love Pho and found we were disappointed with both the quality of the soups and the total lack of service. We ordered vegetable spring rolls - in which we found chicken. And there was neither basil nor hot chilis for the Phu. After about 30 minutes after getting our food, our waiter finally graced our table to inquire if... More

Twice I went there in June, twice I found plastic pieces in my glass of water. I love the pork sticks and beef pho there. It is such a waste that the owners couldn't keep up with hygiene.

I think all the food we had was well prepared with fresh ingredients and I love Vietnamese food. But there is no worse restaurant experience than not all being served at the same time. Three of us were practically done before our fourth friend got his entree. There is no excuse for us to have to ask the obvious question...what... More

Oh man. I just came from WIlliamstown. We had eaten there before and my little girl was all excited. I called to make sure they were open on Sunday, they said "yes." We drove by to pick up a menu to order take out later. They had none printed. Huh? Go in the back and copy one. Who ever heard... More

Had not been here before, and surprised that the main street in Williamstown had so many international cuisines! It being warm out and wanting to eat a bit lighter, we stopped at Saigon. As others have commented, the service was extremely friendly and efficient. Started with jasmine tea on ice which was perfect for this hot day. We were both... More

On a recent leisurely drive on a nice winter Sunday we ended up in Williamstown and went to Saigon Vietnamese. It was my second time and I had high expectations. It must have been my menu choices, because it was just not what I was hoping for. The pork satay was more like a piece of bacon from the charbroiler... More

Came in last night for dinner with a friend. It was just us at first. The food came out quick and was pretty good along with the service. The waitress was very very friendly always smiling and happy to help with anything. A family of 4 came in about halfway through our meal and the waitress was just as friendly and... More

Came in tonight on a snowy evening with my family . Food mediocre and the service terrible . The women waitress said she was the daughter of the owner. She was on her phone and had a friend near by waiting for her . She was rude and unattentive and when we complained she said she didn't care and that... More

When Saigon, first opened in town some fool college critic wrote an unappreciative review which people foolishly trusted. Then the restaurant took some time trying to define its atmosphere. After some rather silly ideas, the place finally has the environment down. It is a fairly cozy and colorful place to indulge in Vietnamese specialties. The wait staff, who are Vietnamese,... More

I visit Saigon whenever I get the chance. They have an extensive menu and the servers are well versed in what each dish entails! I love that the prices are reasonable and the food is so flavorful and rich, their portions are extremely generous and it never fails that I enjoy every bite so much that I usually get something...
