We dropped in for lunch the other day and were pleasantly surprised. We had a panko crusted haddock sandwich with lemon and caper aioli and micro greens that came with a nicely dressed mixed greens salad and an order of chicken and biscuits with real homemade mashed potatoes. Marguerite's Restaurant is a fantastic culinary experience, hidden in a small plaza in Westport. The specials are always changing, and the sides have appeal just as much as the entree! You won't be dissapointed with anything you order, everything is absolutely delicous. This is a local's hidden gem, so call ahead to get a seat during busy lunch/ dinner hours.... more

Marguerites is a small local restaurant with consistent quality at a great price. Food selections range from burgers and grilled cheese to regular specials that hold their own with the much fancier restaurants. A favorite with the locals. Get there early in the summer or you'll miss out! Please note that Fred & Anne's is no longer in business. more

While visiting the beaches of Rhode Island the first week of August, 2005, a local recommended Marguerites restaurant in Westport, MA, a few miles away.
