Dinner here Oct 6th. Stumbled upon this super restaurant by default when restaurant recommended by a friend was closed on Mondays. Turned out being one of the best meals of our 10-day New England road trip. Both my wife and I had the Yankee pot roast which was fork-tender, delicious and was accompanied by scrumptious mashed potatoes and a vegetable... More

Service was great. $6.00 expresso martini was very good. Best clam chowder on the Cape! We visit this restaurant on every visit.

Captain Parker's was a great evening after a long day. Local beer served on tap, atmosphere was nice but low-key. They claim to have the best clam chowder on the Cape so, of course, that's what I ordered in the bed bowl. I have to say that I was not disappointed at all. Service was ok but it didn't matter... The clam chowder was excellent. My wife's wedge salad was the very best she had ever had. Glad we stopped!

I heard they had the best clam chowder in town so had yo try it. It was so rich & thick. Loved it. Also tried the stuffed quahog. It was good too but couldn't compare since the only one I had ever eaten. Husband had the chicken Jerusalem. Quite tasty.

My wife had the Clam chowder and said that it was good, but by now she had eaten a lot of chowder, she did remark that there was a lot of clam in the chowder. I had two appetizers which also were good. But since I did not order a main course that it is all I will write.

Another person spoke about finding captain Parkers on their last night on the cape-us too. Be smart just go when you get to the Yarmouth area. Interesting bar but the dining is a gem. Many items on a menu and nightly dinner specials.Do order the clam chowder! We had chowder, pot roast dinner and a teriyaki stir fry of shrimp... More

We visit Captain Parker's whenever we come to Cape Cod. Wednesday we were delighted to discover that the special was $5 burgers. In addition to regular hamburgers, they also had a veggie burger and a turkey burger on the menu, which was a special treat for me as I can't digest beef. The hamburgers were served with delicious steak fries,... More

Enjoyed our last evening at this location and it was a mistake. Wish we had picked this one sooner in our trip because I certainly would have been a daily customer. Much thanks to the staff and chefs. Food and service was amazing!!

This is a must visit spot on the Cape. Great food, reasonable prices and the best chowder you will find. Highly recommended.
