Sub-par food & discrepancies on bill

On a freezing cold day in December, making last-minute plans to meet with friends for lunch, found Lattitude in West Springfield as the perfect location. It was central for those coming from Westfield and Agawam. This restaurant has always been one of my favorites and the Christmas luncheon at this location turned out to be perfect. The lunch menu offered... More

Went for dinner and the menu has a variety of interesting dishes. We went with the Point Judith Crisp Calamari for an app and was cooked perfectly. I had the Seared Diver Scallops with generously filled pumpkin ravioli. Only thing that I would change is the "cream" they add is brown in color, it didn't make for a very appealing... More

Living on laurels and letting down on quality of service. An expensive restaurant with a thoughtful and varied menu but service and demeanor is slipping. I don't mind an expensive dinner but I don't want fast food with those prices. Server rushed us to order and meal came brief seconds after salary dishes were cleared. Meal had that already cooked... One of my biggest pet peeves in what is supposed to be a nice restaurant is dated interior decor and carpeted floors. At Lattitude you get both, plus you get food that is priced as fine dining, but lacks the essence of what fine dining is. Our server was pretty clueless, the hostess was slightly rude, and our main courses... More

This restaurant was a little hard to find -- the neighborhood doesn't seem like a place you would go for fine dining. I was here recently with a group of about 30 people. We had a private room with bar service. The staff was very attentive and the food was incredible. I had beef tenderloin which was as good as... More

Incredible ribeye, fried brussel sprouts, salad, great selection of beer. Turned out to be highlight of my trip.

My wife and I were at Equine Affaire at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield and a friend found this resturant. We were blown away by the food! And the service! We ended up eating there FOUR nights in a row! Between the three of us we tried a lot of the menu. Make sure you try the fired... More

I have heard good things about this place and thought it would be a special treat. It was our first time eating here and will be our last. I even said on the way "be prepared for a great meal" Ordered this item from the Brunch menu Sunday 11-16-14 and it was not very good.. Buffalo Scallop Frittata Bell Peppers,... More

Finally got around to checking this place out, even though I grew up here. Food and service was tremendous. We split the buffalo Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts, and tots. Presentation and flavor was spot on. They also have a pretty decent selection of some great whiskey. Worth the stop for sure.
