It's Bertucci's (i.e., chain). Predictable but also tasty and decent value. Good for families. Nice bread when it's warm from oven. more

the service was not as good as expected and for the price neither was the food-the chicken parm was burnt on the bottom and 2x the waitress forgot what we had asked her to bring us, it was not crowded and our orders were not complicated more
