Healthy, interesting menu and a lovely place to have lunch!

My only hesitation about recommending The Cottage is that it is in a shopping center and on a noisy road. Sitting outside on the patio was very nice but it would have been nicer if there hadn't been so much road noise. That said, the menu offered a range of interesting options for lunch. We liked the open, airy atmosphere here, although it can probably get a bit noisy when busy. Dinner was very enjoyable; we liked their eggplant fries appetizer, the fish and chips, and their nice salads. Portions are adequate, and their prices are quite reasonable. They have a nice small bar that we look forward to eating at on our next... More

The restaurant itself is an open concept, very bright and the noise level could be high. The food was very good. The mushroom soup is amazing. Pasta dishes are very flavorful. The menu is limited but has good options. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great service from beginning to end. Would definitely be back.

Stopped by with my wife for a quick lunch- Nice atmosphere, good food, quick service, reasonably priced. Parking very easy because it is accessible from the street and also a shopping center lot on one side of the restaurant.

Met friends there for a leisurely lunch. The food, service and atmosphere were very good. Lots of windows giving it a light and spacious feel. Quite a varied menu and our table had four different entrees - two salads, lamb burger and falafels - all were well prepared. Definitely would return.

This NOT farm to table as other reviews said. It does have an extensive menu with gluten free options. It's super kid-friendly which is nice. But nothing is from local farms and that's fine but others should know. The service has always been impeccable. We'd go again though I prefer farm to table.

I know there are a few mixed reviews for this restaurant. It depends on what you are looking for. It is very open and bright - if you are looking for romantic then this won't do it. We loved the white wood and open feeling. Yes, on a weekend night it is noisy, but I think that is because it... More

This was our first visit to The Cottage. We liked the reviews on TripAdvisor so decided to check it out. The menu had a good range of options for our family of four. Everyone was completely satisfied with their choices. I wanted to try something new and I had the Lamb Burger that perfect. I usually don't call out the... More
