Nice place to have your lunch. Like all Panera Bread outlets it is a self-service restaurant with decent menu. Soup, sandwiches and chips make up a standard lunch offering (especially for people like me who are vegetarian). Service was fast and staff was also very friendly.

Great location, in the Arsenal in Watertown. Ample parking, and free! Service is quick and friendly. Very affordable. Quality food. I have two personal favorites; one is the half sandwich with a salad (greek salad to be exact) and the other favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl! You can eat the bowl!!! YUM!

Fine for a quick lunch or dinner. We enjoy their soups. Not a fine dining experience, but food is consistent and same from store to store.

Very good for lunch, nice variety of salads and sandwiches, excellent bread. Free WIFI. Coffee is also good. Sometimes the lines can be long, but usually move quickly. Very dependable for good quality at a reasonable price, consistent across the chain

Panera is one the few chains that gets it right. The quality of all of their food from bread to meals is very good to excellent and there is a very good selection of delicious and interesting bread, bagels, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches and now pasta. A great place for a quick lunch, cup of coffee or informal dinner and... More

Being Canadians, we had noticed that there was a Tim Hortons in Watertown. We guessed it would be on Arsenal St. We went East, but gave up (it is there further into town). We turned around and checked teh West side of I-95. Still no Timmies, but when we turned, we went into shopping mall on the South West side... More

This is good but when you see the stars you cannot really compare it to a full blown restaurant with the same rating. Good breads soups sandwiches.

Incredibly difficult location to find with one tiny sign. I was searching on foot around the executive park until I randomly went into a building and happened to find it. Despite the fact it was partially hidden, it was jam packed with people. Not a seat to be had. The line moved along but the cashier kept asking me to... More

Panera is a good place in Watertown if you want to go for a quick bite. The food is is ok and the value is ok. They renovated recently so the restaurant seem more spacious. The only downside is that the tables are usually dirty. You won't see the staff clean up much. This goes for most of the Panera's... More
