A nice lunch

We came for a late-ish lunch on a Saturday. The place was busy, but we still got a table right away. Food was yummy and creative. Good sandwiches. A few vegetarian options. This place was not what I expected. It has some innovative food. Good beers. Hipster vibe. I had an interesting crab sandwich which I would recommend.

Strip-T's sits in a storefront on School Street. Someone, maybe them, writes: "Creative, all-day (cardboard) menu, wine & beer served in a casual setting with a coffee-shop vibe." It's accurate. My Epicurean good sport opts for "NYC's phõ real" with grilled chicken. We're curious: what does Manhattan do to a Vietnamese staple? Are we ready? We are and out comes... More

Some people are going to complain about Strip T's going back to just serving sandwiches, but not me! I love all of their sandwiches and try to eat here as often as possible. I especially love the bahn mi, the fried cauliflower and the turkey rueben.

Loved this place. Having never heard of a fried cauliflower and broccoli rabe sandwich, I had to try it. Fantastic. My friend ordered the fried fish/coleslaw/green tomato sandwich, which was good, but not quite as exceptional as mine. The cheerful, energetic, and chatty waitress enhanced the experience. Nice atmosphere. My friend mentioned that using the men's room entailed climbing two... More

Strip T's is not what it once was, when Tim was there and all of his effort and creativity went into this spot. Even after he has opened the more ambitious Ribelle in Brookline (where he hangs) which has matured into the great place it is, his original Strip T's was still a great option.. very limited menu, storefront casual,... Small hole in the wall place with awesome food! This is a triple D type of joint with awesome sandwiches and a great little beer menu. The lamb sandwich is incredible. Specials are always good.

After living in the area for 9 years, we finally found this place! We stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and they had a great selection of sandwiches. They were very busy, and we were lucky to grab 2 seats at the bar. We ordered the meatball sub and the reuben, along with 2 beers, everything was delicious!

First of all the food was great. 6 of us each enjoyed what we all ordered. This place is casual, no table clothes, not even paper place mats. All of the prices for a glass of wine were outrageous yet my delicious sandwich was only 10$. For a cafe type atmosphere, the owner should provide 90 plus wines ( or... More

I've been to Strip T's a couple times now. I can only vouch for their sandwiches, but that should be enough to get you in there. They have really good sandwiches! Super interesting combinations to always come out delicious. This is a great place to grab some lunch.
