Great for lunch

Eat here all the time for work lunches; great sandwiches and specials. Try the fried cheese appetizer! Also has great cocktails, especially the mojitos.

My wife and I had dinner at La Casa de Pedro tonight. This was our second time for dinner, and my wife had lunch there once with friends. Each time we have been here our appraisal has been the same: "This could be SO good, if only..." The setting is very cheerful, with bright colors and a delightful Latin flair.... More

Went for a birthday part on the 7/29 and it was a great time. Food was absolutely worth the price of the plate. Service was also very good. I don't know if it was fast since we were having such a good time, but we didn't stop to ask where our food was. The frozen drinks were very good. Kids... More

This restaurant provides a great selection of interesting Venezuelan dishes. There are a bunch of options for getting fantastic steaks or a rack of lamb. They also make their own hot sauce, which is quite tasty. Their drinks are quite good. They make a spicy jalapeño margarita.

Had a nice Sunday brunch at La Casa De Pedro. Overall it was a good experience and I am certain I will go back. I'd say the only negative was that the food was good, not great. I had the huevos rancheros which were good but a little bland. I added some hot sauce but it was still pretty bland... More

This restaurant was recommended by a friend as a great place to eat fish. I decided to try it out one Friday night and ended up going back the following weekend. Enjoyed the ambiance with lived music on Friday nights. Loved the paintings on the walls and even in the women's bathroom. I think I may go a third time... More

The handsome old Arsenal buildings provide high ceilings and tall windows which make a good setting for the quasi colonial decor. Surfaces are acoustically bright however so that when there is live music you can forget about conversation. Loud bar scene. At least half of the menu pages are devoted to alcohol and if that raises a little red flag... More

We had brunch at La Casa de Pedro and were impressed by the food and setting. The restaurant is located near the Arsenal Mall in Watertown, MA. They specialize in the dishes of Venezuela and other related cuisines. The menu is extensive but we focused on specialities like shredded beef, fried plantains, black beans and corn bread. Everything was well... More

We have eaten here often and spent some time introducing friends and relatives to this wonderful restaurant. And, they never want to eat anywhere else! The food is splendid (Venezuelan and Mexican The service is as well (ask for Fernando) but never pushy. The atmosphere (especially the decorations) is delightful. The prices are reasonable. We always find ourselves wanting to... More
