My husband and I have been regulars at Ella's since they opened their doors about 5-6 years ago. The Chef and his kitchen staff are first rate. The food is truly phenomenal! Great wine list, lots of menu choices, however, we seem to always get the same server and she's just terrible. She is unprofessional, slow and rude. We always... More

We went to Ella's on a whim. The restaurant we were originally heading to was closed. Ella's was only 15 minutes away so we gave it a try. We were greeted by a very pleasant Hostess, she seated us right away, even adjusting the blinds behind us. The waitress was prompt, helpful and very friendly also. We had a couple... More

I recently visited Ella's for the first time on a Saturday evening. As expected, it was crowded and the wait time was about 1 hour for a table or a half hour to be seated at the bar. Because they will take your name and call you to be seated at the bar, you don't have to hover around the... More

Premium prepared food that I would never try but here it all works. My wife is very fussy eater and she has never not finished her meal. It's a little noisy and not intimate. Converted Pizza brick oven restaurant. Prices extremely reasonable, easily double if in Boston or Provincetown. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Best to make a reservation. Best... More

Looking for a great place to eat? Go to Ella's. The food was terrific, and the service was professional.

I am disappointedly giving Ella's just an average rating. I do love the food there but on two separate occasions, we have apparently been invisible to the wait staff. Sat there about 15 minutes without even a "hello I'll be right with you". When he finally did arrive, he never introduced himself though he did apologize for the wait.... We... More

First time we went on the recommendation of a friend. We felt everything was very good. Service was great. Two servers brought each course out. For apps. we had the fryed stuffed zucchini flowers, crab cake, and pate. Entrees were ricotta gnocchi, pan seared scollops, vongole white, which they called something else and Italian seasoned grilled steak. We felt everything... More

Recommended by family, this was a wonderful surprise. The servers were so friendly and knew so much about the menu. Nicest pizza i've had in a long time, and the calamari was incredible! Will definitely be going back next time i pass through!!

Visit Ella's last night. Overwhelmingly disappointed. Place is loud...I don't mind noisy but I couldn't even hear the person next to me. Spotted cobwebs in the corners, trash in ladies bathroom overflowing and asked for a straw and waitress popped ln in my glass with her bare hands. Fried calamari was pale and over salted...so were the fries and salad!... More

We read about it in the Boston Globe and decided to take a ride and try it. It was worth the ride. A little noisy but not bad. Started with great bread with three dips. We shared an order of fried squash flowers stuffed with creamy ricotta. We had chicken bollotone chicken stuffed with sausage pine nuts, and raisins with... More
