We had dinner here and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitstaff was very attentive. We ordered 3 glasses of wine and the waiter brought a bottle telling us it would be cheaper and the wine was EXCELLENT!!!!!! One of the specials was Lobster Risotto which was amazing. It had a claw and half a tail... More

There are many great restaurants in Waltham but we needed something that had good food, and a good atmosphere that was also a bit upscale but not as pricey as some of Waltham's other Italian eateries. Biagio was it! Great reviews brought us there. Great food will bring us back. A fairly limited menu so check it out before you... More

I have been to Biagio a number of times and the reason I keep coming back is the food. This restaurant is consistently excellent. The wait staff is very attentive and I have yet to be disappointed by anything I have tried. Last night I tried the Portugese Stew and it was awesome. The stew was filled with mussels, clams,... Went here for a business dinner ... the large appetizer platter with rice balls, calamari, fried ravioli and more was nice. The Portuguese Fisherman's Stew (not normally on the menu, it was a daily special) was excellent and was nice and spicy. Ample seafood.

Must try the lobster ravioli....and the ambiance is old school. Parking is a little hard to find but a big lot in the back.

We had a gift certificate from our daughter which took the sting out of the bill ($129 for 2 before the credit) but we had a split salad, split desert and 2 glasses of wine each. So all in all not all that bad for price. Lovely atmosphere, attentive wait staff and the food was good not excellent.

I was excited to try this restaurant. The staff were very friendly when we came in and explained the menu and the specials (except the pricing on the specials). My husband and I both ordered the mixed seafood special. He got his with fra diavlo sauce and mine was with the white wine sauce. He was much happier with his... More

We received a warm welcome from Joey and most attentive service from our server. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our window seat table! The calamari was excellent. The off street parking was a bonus!

My wife and I ate here a few days ago. We both had seafood dishes that were fresh, tasty, and flavorful. The waiter was most helpful and attentive. The dishes were a bit pricey, but were more than generous. The upstairs area where we ate was quiet and pleasant, we chose to eat there rather than the much noisier downstairs.
