I have eaten many times at the Chateau and a favorite is the Toasted Raviolis. They are know for them and I have had chicken cutlet, lasagna, lobster roll, chopped chicken salad, pizza, and many others and have never been disappointed. Last week though I had sirloin tips with rice and they were delicious. I am a medium rare person... More

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was ten and I hate to say, that has been for over forty years. Over the years my tastes have changed but whenever I am in Waltham that's the first place I choose to eat. The service and atmosphere are great. Chateau still is number one in my book!!

Nothing fancy. Great for a small function or a inexpensive family dining. Great bread and pasta sauce.

No matter what day of the week it is, or what time of day it is, you can always count on The Chateau to provide great food and service. From pizza to pasta, you can't lose here. They are open late on weekends and quick with your oders for take out. They also provide a catering service as well.

Whenever we want to order out for Italian this is the place we go. Their food is excellent and reasonably priced. Their daily specials are great! If you like toasted ravioli this is the best place around.

First time visit. Recommended by friend. Good Italian food! Very roomy booths and tables. Surprising location for this long-time eatery in heart of downtown Waltham. Early-bird menu for retirees who like to get in before the "crowd". Wait staff was very efficient and friendly. Family owned with several other locations! Could stand a renewal of carpeting due to high-traffic over... More

We ate here on a Saturday night with a large group. We were able to get a reservation on short notice because the place holds a lot of people. The menu is extensive with many choices that are best described as continental and italian food. The prices are very reasonable with virtually all entrees priced between ten and twenty Dollars... The Chateau is not 'fine dining,' however, it's our go-to place for last minute, don't feel like cooking nights. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating (several rooms), family-friendly, something for everyone. Some waitstaff have been there for years. Lou Nocera is generous with his time and donations to the community. I've been eating there for 35 years. Reliable, happy, a... More
