I'm from Colorado, and I have to say the bison burgers here are some of the best. Well-cooked to desired temperature and very tasty. I also enjoyed the southern wings, seared over the grill. The beer selection was great as well. Gives me a good taste of home, away from home.

I went here for dinner with one of my girlfriends. Overall I thought it was good, a couple minor issues. First women's bathroom was out of service so we had to share with the men. It was a single stall restroom, and that god it was a slow night otherwise you would have waited in line all night for the... More

Have you ever watched Kitchen Nightmares? Often on that show, they profile restaurants that were once good and have since lost their way. Well, Bison County should call Gordon Ramsay immediately. My husband and I stopped in for beers and a couple of appetizers tonight, only because Watch City Brewery is "closed for repairs," according to a sign in the... More

My wife and I stopped in here for an early lunch. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My bison burger was actually quite good. They have a spicy BBQ chutney as one of the toppings, which I highly recommend. My wife's salad was also quite nice. The green beans were good; but the fries were terrible. Again, they were very... I am not a BBQ fan, but the rest of our crew was. Usually I can find something else to eat. I had a burger, it was ok. Fries were awful. They have a TON of beers. Not a beer drinker, but if you like it there's plenty. Surprised there was no chicken fried steak on the menu.

My boyfriend and I live a block away from Bison County, and want to really like it. I mean, who wouldn't want to have a BBQ and great beer spot nearby? Unfortunately, it needs some improving. Last year, the issue was no A/C in the mid-to-late summer. The windows don't open, so it was unbearable in there, and it lasted... More

We were asked if we had a reservation upon our arrival. We didn't but only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. We got there around 6 p.m. and by 6:30 p.m. the line was out the door waiting for tables. The food was brought out quickly. The menu is not large but was sufficient. It has a... More

Took Tripadvisors advice and ate at the Bison County restaurant, 14 people in our group and everyone was well fed and happy when they left. Excellent choices in food and beer. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

My boyfriend and I are frequent flyers of Bison County on Moody St in Waltham, not only because of the less-than 1 mile vicinity to our apartment, but for the unique southern feel and more importantly the FOOD. If you're feeling adventurous opt for the Memphis Thanksgiving Burrito. It is absolutely to die for! Not to mention the sweet potato... More

Best BBQ in Waltham. Once you have the BBQ pulled pork quesadilla once you will never be able to go anywhere else. Everything on there menu is smoked to perfection. the South Carolina bone-in wings are huge with the smoked meat falling off the bone. This is a great place for dinner or their is a large bar area with... More
