Relaxed, casual atmosphere. The pancakes were as good as we have ever had, and we've had plenty, at many different places. The location is on a busy Main Street, but they have a fair sized parking lot.We went at an off hour(2PM), so it was not mobbed. They really want to do a good job, and encourage suggestions. They are... More

Pretty substantial Line on a Sunday am. Moved right along. Breakfast menu huge! Waffles, pancakes, omelettes, several types of eggs Benedict, specials and traditional combos. Food was outstanding. Coffee was hot. OJ was fresh squeezed. Portions were huge! So totally worth the 15 min wait!

In Waltham, there are two breakfast spots: In a Pickle (trendy, long lines) and Joseph's (normal, real food). I love Joseph's and is unfortunate that it is walking distance from our house! My favorite meal is called Southern Eggs Benedict - 2 poached eggs over biscuits and sausage with Hollandaise sauce. Oh yeah, and an English muffin and home fries.... More

On our way out of Waltham, we decided to stop for breakfast. They had advertise where we had stayed. I love local restaurant. We found the place and knew that if a Maserati was parked out front for breakfast, this was the place. We weren't disappointed. Wonderful staff too!

Joseph's II is a great little breakfast nook in the middle of Waltham. Like all great restaurants, this place is constantly busy so you may need to use a little patience when waiting for a table. I have been here a few times and this time we had the cape codder (cranberry pancakes) and also the hungry man breakfast (pancakes,... More

We went to Joseph's II for a Sunday breakfast with some friends who frequented the establishment in college. The place was busy, but we didn't wait more than five minutes before we were seated. The decor has the vibes of "hole in the wall" diner, but the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food did not disappoint. They have... More

It's worth the wait! At first thinking this is small should we wait? Glad we did one of the best breakfast ever:). Breakfast is served all day BTW.

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch during a house-hunting trip to Waltham. The place is like a time warp, very nostalgic. The New England clam chowder and the Nantucket corn chowder were both very good. My lobster roll sandwich was excellent. My wife's garden salad was decent but nothing to write home about. Staff are friendly if... More

We went there for dinner. The interior is very dark and colonial style furniture. It probably has not been renovated since it opened. There is nothing fancy about this place but seems like a local favorite. The lobster salad club sandwich was excellent. Service was really slow but I think they were short handed that evening. It provided a family... More
