We are rarely north of Boston, but when we are here, we try to stop here for a meal. The food is excellent. On our latest visit, I had the veal marsala, and my wife had lobster ravioli topped with pan seared scallops. Both dishes were excellent, our server was attentive and friendly, and the various courses were spaced well... More

I recently went with a group of 8 for the early bird dinners. The meals were pretty good for the price. They have a nice light red sauce. I had the eggplant parm and the others had the chicken parm. All were very good. My only complaints would be the salad dressing and the dipping oils need work.

This is our go to Italian restaurant. We eat here at least twice per month. Early bird specials (before 6:00) are a great deal. Some favorites are: veal piccata, polo con formaggio, fettuccine bolognese, and lobster ravioli. The cook aims to please and will make variations to the dish if requested.

I met a friend at the bar, which is just to the right as you enter. It's a cute little bar where we enjoyed some wine and conversation before we sat at our table. It wasn't crowded, so we didn't have to wait. We did bacause it was a relaxed way to begin, which they accommodated easily. Afterward, we were... More

Food here is great. Lots of choices. Service is somewhat relaxed. Have visited many times and have never had less than an excellent experience. Salads are freshly made and the portion sizes always make for great leftovers.

Went here recently to celebrate our mom's 86th birthday. The owner and staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. However, the food was a huge disappointment! I've eaten here before and had a wonderful experience. Even though there were a few large parties, some probably being Xmas parties, I don't think that's a good enough excuse for... More

Let's start out by saying that I have been to Italy recently and also that I'm very critical of how people do business. That being said the food that we had at Ristorante Molise was as delicious as we had in Italy. We booked a private function and I had a lot of details that I was concerned about. We... More

It's one of those great little finds you only wish was closer to home. The owner was sweet to us, our waiter was super friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I had lobster ravioli, and it was wonderful. The bread was fantastic, as was the oil for dipping. The dining room is pretty simple,... More

Going to an Italian restaurant on a trip with my Italian fiance can be a challenge. Ristorante Molise was up to the challange. The first bonus was we arrived in time for the early bird specials. The salads had a nice variety of greens, the veggies were fresh, and the dressings were homemade and tasty. The bread was very good,... More
