It was pure chaos walking in here. All I wanted was a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They gave me after a long wait bagel with egg and cheese. I went to tell them and she aggressively tossed in the trash and then gave me a bagel untoasted with cream cheese. What a waste.

Stopped in because a local recommend it for an authentic experience. Had a peach iced tea. It was excellent. Sat outdoors, viewed the pedestrian traffic. A nice spot for a rest break.

The place is really cool, opens at 6 am, and has good coffee. It's very chaotic and even a bit unorganized. It sort of adds to the experience. They could change the service and the calamity but why? It's sort of fun fighting your way around when it's really busy. The place inside is cool with like funky lights made... More

Average coffee shop with a flair and theme. Overall a good experience when wanting a morning pick me up.

The food and coffee are good at this Vineyard Haven institution. All is smooth if you arrive early. The problems begin if there is a rush of customers. They need to institute a number system. This way instead of shouting out what type of bagel is ready, they can shout "order #12." The reason this is important is that once... More

I was working in Vineyard Haven for a week and wanted to grab a bite of breakfast on my way to work. Ordered an egg and cheese burrito. It took forever. The place was mobbed with people and the employees didn't seem to have a particularly efficient system to get food and drink to customers. I've worked as a counter... More

My mother had a coffee and she said the cup was okay, however the pastries my sisters and I shared were flavorless and dry. Also, the blonde girl working the cash register wasn't helpful in regards to our orders and she came off as though she couldn't be bothered with us. We all agreed she was a bee with an... More

Stopped in here for a cup of coffee based on reviews. Although the coffee was good, the pastries were dry and tasteless. The service was much like the pastries. I am not a fan of Starbucks and always prefer local coffee houses, this one was a disappointment.

The girl taking my order wasn't mean but certainly wasn't friendly either. My drink order was messed up (a simple, straight off the menu drink), but they did correct it without complaint. This place was just okay.
