We've eaten here plenty of times with a common experience - wonderful food and good service. If you don't might the wait, which can be up to an hour on a busy day, I recommend it.

The Art Cliff Diner was one of my favorite experiences while vacationing on Martha's Vineyard. The place is small, but it has a happening, artsy vibe to it. We were lucky and were able to get a table right away at lunchtime. I had the scallops with mixed greens, and I think it was the best scallop dish that I've... More

This place was great. The food was amazing and the place has a lot of character. The scones, eggs and french toast were delicious. I have to say that this was the best breakfast I have ever had. The only problem with this place is that it is very small. Get there early if you want a table.

If you going to Martha's Vineyard then you have to have breakfast or brunch at Art Cliff's Diner in Vineyard Haven. The best food, excellent staff with a great MV atmosphere. But be prepared to wait, it is a very busy place.

There's no way around it. You will wait a long time to be seated. Put your name on the list and go for walk around town. Then once you are seated, you will experience the sequel to your previous wait. So don't go if you are not prepared for a long wait. The food is very good. I had the... More

It's tradition now for our family to arrive in Vineyard Haven and immediately drive over to the Artcliff for breakfast. As usual, at 6:45 there is already a line. But to me, when you see a line, you know the food will be great and it always is. Because the menu has so many different items on it, we quickly... More

Food is excellent but wait is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes or longer to get seated. After you order- it's another long wait. Service was marginal-they're overwhelmed but food was awesome. Gluten free options as well. New York prices. We went twice but during second visit we were fed up with waiting. Try 7 am if you don't... More

The diner had been recommended to us for breakfast and when we arrived there about 9am, it was obvious by the crowd of people waiting it's fame was widespread. We had to wait for about an hour to get a table for 4, but the wait was worth it. The food was yummy and the service friendly and prompt.

We were there on a Friday morning. Waited 20 mins for a table. The food was delicious. I had the French toast. It felt a little cramped and muggy inside as there is no A/C. The bathroom had an open window to the outside which was a little alarming. Overall the food was worth it and the service was good.
