Cumbayá has actually quite a few good options for dining, but there are very few places where you can enjoy great food and wine served in the way they are supposed to be served. The waiters had no idea about the menu or about the appetizers they were serving. One waiter told me that the tarte tatin was a chocolate cake. the food was o.k. ... i am not a friend of fusion food .. but what surprised me were the high prices they ask for very small portions ... the shrimp ceviche had only two (!) shrimps in it ...

Our group had the weekly menu prepared by the students of the Culinary Institute, It was perfectly presented with a great flavor. The best sangria ever! Outstanding and dedicated service. Hospitality at the maximum. Definitely my first choice for fine dining in Cumbaya.
