This restaurant is managed by the University and the chefs are very good , the service is excelent the list of wines is excelent, and the price s quite reasoble. You can choose from Ecuadorian typical dishes to International food. YOu feel very good

I was treated to the best hospitality and food that Ecuador can offer and for the friendly Ecuadorians, this is really saying something. Locro, Quina and wonderful Chilean red wine. Not to say that the company was great.

Cumbayá has actually quite a few good options for dining, but there are very few places where you can enjoy great food and wine served in the way they are supposed to be served. Although I have been to Marcus about 3 or 4 times, the "Mollejas de Ternera" (sweetbreads) with risotto that I had last Friday are my reason... More

The waiters had no idea about the menu or about the appetizers they were serving. One waiter told me that the tarte tatin was a chocolate cake. The sea bass I ordered was overcooked and under-seasoned. For dessert I had cheesecake and it was too thick and it lacked flavor. I had two two bites of each meal. You can... More

the food was o.k. ... i am not a friend of fusion food .. but what surprised me were the high prices they ask for very small portions ... the shrimp ceviche had only two (!) shrimps in it ...

Our group had the weekly menu prepared by the students of the Culinary Institute, It was perfectly presented with a great flavor. The best sangria ever! Outstanding and dedicated service. Hospitality at the maximum. Definitely my first choice for fine dining in Cumbaya.
