I was a guest with friends for a wine dinner and all I can take from it was disappointment. I was a guest and was not paying for the ticket but if I had spent my own money I would want it all back! The dinner featured not one but 3 types of pinot noir which I found a bit... More

Came for a winery dinner and experienced uneven cuisine. Elements in the dishes seemed not entirely harmonious. One item stood out: a Cornish pasty was so dry and spare inside it should never have left the kitchen. Essentially it ate as all dry pastry, with vague filling notes. We did discuss this with the chef too. Area to improve immediately:... More

Food was very good, the service was some of the best we have experienced. Wine, as always at Left Bank, was excellent. Jeremy, our wine steward, was outstanding and very helpful. Overall, it was a great dinner without being hurried. We finished our wine at the fireplace located near the entrance to the dining room.

When I called & made a reservation she asked me if it was for a special occasion I said yes our 11 year anniversary. So we went on a Saturday night. I had purchased a Groupon online so I was a little nervous that the food & service might not be to great because of the Groupon. Well let me... More

A few friends gathered for a small reunion over dinner and drinks in the lounge section of the restaurant recently. The ambiance was really nice. Classy, actually -- a great fireplace, comfortable seating, and enough room to talk without feeling intrusive to other guests. The service was attentive and the food and drinks were quite good. Best of all we... More

A half dozen of us female friends from high school wanted to get together for a reunion and casual meal during the early evening of Black Friday. Not wanting to battle the traffic around the shopping centers in Nashua, I suggested that we get together at the Left Bank Restaurant at the Stonehedge Inn and Spa in Tyngsboro. I had... More

When we got there the place was completely empty. Service took way too long for the few to no people dining. Food was good besides the fact that the steak was completely raw and red but the chef and others continued to say it was medium (absolutely not). This was already after 3 times it was given back to be... More

Dear Aaaaaaaaaa1, I have spoken to our Executive Chef Donna Wheldon at length about your visit. She feels disappointed that despite her best efforts (including a lengthy tableside discussion; multiple attempts to cook the steak to your liking, and the untaken offer of a new entrée or complimentary dessert) you insisted that you were fine. She takes great pride in... More

Tonight was one of several visits to the Left Bank and, to our surprise, it was a big disappointment. The service was not good and the lobster pie entree was a big disappointment. Our server was not available beyond taking our order. She did not come back to see how we were doing or how our meal was. We had... More

My husband and I chose the Left Bank for our anniversary dinner. The service is outstanding and the food was excellent as well. The sommelier was very nice and helpful. We would definitely return!
