We went for a late lunch this week. The food was great and the service........started out wonderful with our waiter. Then after he served us cocktails he went on break. two waitresses took over serving us. The place only had 2 other tables seated. The service was fine however the waitresses stood by the grill station right across from us.... More

Great view of the ocean. Our service was good. But the food was too expensive for what you got and the flavors were not there. I had the Bouillabaisse a la Marseilles. There was lots of it, but very little seafood and 2 shrimp. The flavor in the broth was not there. Lots of veg's but that is not what... More

Went in for lunch on Sunday pleasantly greeted. We noticed that there are tableclothes on some tables and not on others. We were escorted to a table without a tablecloth. We noticed the patrons who came in a bit dressier got the tableclothes. We were not in jeans, but neither were we in our Sunday church duds. Fine. Waitress was... More

To begin, I have to say the food was excellent, the view spectacular and the waitress very nice. However, upon arrival we weren't met with a smile, nor did we receive any throughout the seating process. When we left, the maître d had stepped outside and was returning as we approached the door. In this type of restaurant (indeed in... More

We were really looking forward to enjoying a good seafood meal. Not so. Overpriced. Poor service. The place itself is like a huge blue barn. Lots of staff waiting around . When I booked in person I was told very rudely that there were NO reservations. Good service to the table, then we sat there and waited for the menu.... More

The french fries a little oily, salty, and greasy. One of my friends got the same thing and said the same thing as I said. My other friend got the fish and chips and said she loved them she said... We went Anthony's for lunch and sat outside on the patio. The view was fabulous and I really enjoyed the view of the ocean while eating lunch! Our waiter was friendly, but made us wait a while at the of our meal to get our check. Me an my sister ordered the chicken fingers and french fries and we thought... More

Part of the Anthony Athenas legacy, this seafood restaurant still remains one of the great seafood restaurants of the North Shore. The building has been impeccably maintained with the classic New England maritime sea shore charm, with a breathtaking view of the ocean, Nahant, and the Boston sky line in the distance. The food is just as notable as the... More

First class restaurant. Very good food and service. I don't understand some of the reviews!!! This restaurant is getting better and better every day. We see changes every time we go there. Can't wait till they open their patio.
