Great local place

The parking lot tells the story: this is a busy place! Act like a local and get a six pack next door, then get a place in line. The line moves fast and it's hard to decide what to order but the platter is a good way to try things (don't miss the pulled pork and the "sweet" sauce is... read more

After reading all the raving reviews I went with my family and we were all so disappointed. We waited in a line for 10 minutes just to place our order and then had to wait another 35 minutes for our food to be ready. There's not enough seating so three of us shared a two person table because we were... More

The food was delicious. Very big portions for the price paid. The outdoor tables were a bit noisy and too close to the street, but the inside dining area was nice and quiet. We will definitely stop again

Finally got a chance to try B.T.'s. I had the pulled pork and it was very good, some of the best I've had since moving north but a bit greasy. The house sauce was excellent. The cornbread was just average. Northern cornbread tends to be on the sweet side for my taste. All in all its worth the stop.

Great menu. Tons of smoked meats. Sandwiches. A super sauce selection. Try them all! Brisket was a bit dry, but the worst part of that is that you have to add more sauce, so how bad is it?

I used to love this place. It used to be the best BBQ around. However, the past two or three times have been really disappointing. The brisket used to be very tender and delicious; now it's charred, tough, covered in fat and really salty. In fact, all of the different meats seem to taste the same, as if they were... More

So, I cant give you a run down of a visit... because we get take out from here about once a month. I LOVE the brisket. It is not your mama's Brisket, but rather a Bold Crusted super yummy brisket. Serving sizes for the meat is great. We always thing we are ordering too little, and end up with lots... More

Visited for the first time on a Friday afternoon for an early supper. Ordered beef brisket and pulled chicken sandwich. Brisket was about a third fat swimming in grease with 2 lean pieces of beef added in. who ever portioned this out knew it was not a good serving and added a couple lean chunks. The beans and coleslaw were... More

had dinner at B.T's on Saturday heard lot's of good things and have seen them at the Brimfield flea market with long lines. The order process is a little slow as you stand in line and wait your turn at the counter , it's small inside and your not supposed to hold a table before you order so it's possible... More

Great BBQ spot. Love the wings - buffalo style my favorite, but other varieties also very good. Reasonable prices and large servings. Crowded on weekends, but things move along at a good pace. A must try when in Sturbridge.
