If You Like Jerky You must stop here.

First things first I may have rated it a little low because it has been excellent a lot of the time. The Jerky is all made on the premises and the smoked meats are all prepared the old Wurstmaker way with smoke times and correct humidities carefully watched and done meticulously. I tried... read more

OK so you want some Q, well B.T.s Smokehouse in Sturbridge Ma, is the real deal. They have been consistently turning out the Best Q in the area. I have tasted some fine barbeque in places such as Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous, one of several "shrines to the smoked meat we love to eat" and Corky's Both which are in Memphis,... More

I have been year twice since moving to the area a few months ago. The food is AMAZING! It gets pretty busy during dinner time and on the weekends (tables can be hard to get), but its worth the wait. My only complaint is that when you get to the front of the line the person at the cash register... More

We love everything at this restaurant except for sometimes the line but this is only because the food is SOOO GOOD!! All meats are juicy and tasty, the sides are each worth it and even the desserts are simply heaven. They make their own sauces and the handout fries are worth every calorie. We love it here and will come... More

We came upon this place by chance on our way back from Boston. Saw the sign on the highway and decided to give it a try. Food was very good. I have a bbq pulled pork wrap which was delicious. My husband had the st. louis ribs which were also very good. They have several different sauces you can put... More

This is the best Southern BBQ in New England, hands down. I've tried as many as I could locate and no other compares. The beef brisket is a true 12-hour brisket, not that oven-baked, reheated crap! The brisket and ribs have smoke rings to prove it. No shortcuts here, it's done right. There are no bad choices here, but definitely... More

Brisket is one of the best I've ever had. Portions are very generous. Many sides and sauces to choose from. This place rocks!

The first experience I had with b.t.'s was at the brimfield fair 5 years ago. It was average at best. Recently I grabbed some takeout on my way home, figured I'd give them another shot. Very happy that I did! All of the food was terrific, they've really stepped up there game big time since the last time having their... More

We had the tripel pig platter. One beef rib, half rack of baby back ribs, and paper tray of pulled pork and sliced brisket, all burnt on outside but tasty inside. Maybe dried rub was well carmalized, as did not taste burnt. Black beans, barbecued and pasty...good flavor but texture not so much our cup of tea. Slaw had a... More
