Closed up shop in late November, 2013. Was a busy truck-stop kind of place where you would not leave your purse on the seat beside you, but rather on your lap. Oh, and avoid the bathrooms. Not disappointed that it is gone.

Stopped here because we were starving which usually makes food taste so much better - but not here! Over $18 for three unappealing roast beef sandwiches. Never again!

I used to love stopping at Roy Rogers when I was a kid. Heading South on the Jersey Turnpike we would always stop at the Walt Whitman rest stop and eat there. The town I grew up in had no fast food restaurants (not a bad thing), when Roy Rogers came in, the place was always plcked. I was happy... More

This place should go out of business and let the Roy Rogers name fade away with postive memories. The only way this place stays in business, is because the bus drivers between NYC and Boston would stop here. If you know what the bus crowd is you will know why they can get away with a low quality product and... More

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat and good selection with great service this is what we found here. The location was busy on a friday night - however the workers were all polite, friendly and fast with there service. One employee (Cory) especially stood out - he is able to service the customer while having a... More

The staff was extremely rude! The food was horribly greasy! We had the Fried Chicken and my neice had the roast beef sandwich. There was barely any meat on the small greasy chicken! Her Sandwich was so greasy the bread was falling apart! The prices are outrageous! I really do not recomend this place! The only good thing was a... More
