Consistantly good food and service

We visit this chain regularly, both at home and around the country, FL, NM, CO, KS, GA, NC, and MA. The food and service is consistently good. Platepleddler-approved Always consistent this chain restaurant with its nostalgia gift store offers consistent food and great service. The management is up to date on latest software to make you dining experience the best. I even ordered a hamburger during breakfast and had no problem with the kitchen. The pecan pancakes are light and fresh. Mama`'s pancake breakfast is just so... More

There's nothing really wrong with Cracker Barrel. I'm sure it's not trying to be a fancy restaurant. Food is decent quality, again nothing fancy just plain basic American fare. Sometimes a bit crowded and noisy, really a family restaurant, nothing romantic.

I convinced my family to try Cracker Barrel in Sturbridge. It was a busy Sunday morning and we were seated quickly, but that was the only bright spot in the visit. The server was inattentive, the coffee was cold, the eggs were cold, the pancakes were bland, the home fries we black on the bottom and cold to the touch.... More

Most of my Cracker Barrel experience has been down south, so it was kind of reminiscent for me to run into this one in Massachusetts when heavy traffic forced me off I-84 before I hit the Mass Pike. I don't know where else you can get chicken dumpling, hamburger steak, a plate of biscuits and corn muffins, veggie sides and... More

Four of us here for lunch. One had breakfast which is served all day, one had a large salad and two of us had trout. We all enjoyed our meals. One person has diagnosed celiac disease and brought her own gluten free bagel which they toasted for her. They were knowledgeable enough to ask if t was okay to toast... More

As promised in another review on Cracker Barrel, we stopped at this one as well. Same consistency of good food and service. I had the "Uncle Herchels" breakfast and it was really good. Great place to enjoy a good breakfast.

There are only two Cracker Barrels in CT, so I haven't been to one often, but I always leave full and knew that we had to stop at Cracker Barrel before heading home.

Very disappointed! This used to be great eats, with great specials. I order the country fried steak and sides. They poor gravy over everything, which was cold. The whole meal was cold and the steak was way over cooked. My partners breakfast was cold however she still enjoyed most of it, here gravy and hash browns were cold. This used... More

Always consistent and pleasant with solid menu, friendly staff and hardly a wait. Enjoy the dinners with fixings and try the grits. Even let your better half shop for a few minutes before hitting the road again. Pick Cracker Barrel whenever you can. Go .
