This is a chain restaurant, so the food and ambiance are similar to a million other places. However, the service was fantastic and the food was well prepared.

My fiance loves this place and we chose to eat breakfast there instead of cooking on our last day of camping. Everything was cooked to order, served hot and all the waitstaff helps each other out tremendously. Heather was our server and she was great!!!

The Cracker Barrel is always a good bet if you don't want to gamble on the local restaurants, The food is fresh, it's good, and the price is reasonable.

The waitresses are hustling around. The manager seems to be wondering aimlessly. We have been here half an hour with no food or bread.

My family of four were hungry and ready for a good meal to last us the last leg of our journey to the Cape. Cracker Barrel's were always a southern thing in my mind but I said what the heck I'll give it a try. Same great menu as the Carolinas...perfect. The chicken N dumplings were amazing and I could... Never seen so insincere mindless service. I think the servers ought to get stars based on real service not time. Asking a customer questions but not real listening is not service but lip service. Manager get someone to be a mystery shopper and see if I am telling the truth.

My wife and I aould eat here every time we would come up to Sturbridge for a getaway weekend. Food was always good, not great. Portions were always large. This last visit will be our LAST. I ordered a combo breakfast with eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. It's supposed to be their biggest breakfast. I've had it before and... More
