Very good and filling.

There are only two Cracker Barrels in CT, so I haven't been to one often, but I always leave full and knew that we had to stop at Cracker Barrel before heading home.

Very disappointed! This used to be great eats, with great specials. I order the country fried steak and sides. They poor gravy over everything, which was cold. The whole meal was cold and the steak was way over cooked. My partners breakfast was cold however she still enjoyed most of it, here gravy and hash browns were cold. This used... More

Always consistent and pleasant with solid menu, friendly staff and hardly a wait. Enjoy the dinners with fixings and try the grits. Even let your better half shop for a few minutes before hitting the road again. Pick Cracker Barrel whenever you can. Go .

Cracker Barrel is home cooking done in a restaurant setting, and this location is just that. Great and friendly service, and the food is nicely cooked and presented well. I had a turkey dinner special, my wife the lovely chicken with broccoli and cheese breading. All of it was good and served super quickly. Fun shopping the store on the... More

The food was very good. Sometimes when I go to cracker barrels the food isn't all that great. this time I went though I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was semi fast and the food was fresh and hot, probably because it was busy that day. but overall, very good.

This is the sensible alternative to all those fast food formica horror stories first thing in the morning. The prices are as good as the aforementioned but with infinitely better quality, service and surroundings. Just take a look inside the building and it will be a surprise you. The menu is extensive and delivered quickly but if you can not... More

Always a favorite stop on way from NJ to MA. Fast service, fun shopping and plenty of good family food.

This was a convenient place to meet friends coming from several directions, and we needed a large table, not found everywhere for breakfast in Sturbridge, We're not really into grits and gravy! hey we're in New England! So most opted for sourdough bread/toast instead. Although not on the menu, two in our group did get omelets - not listed because... More

This Cracker Barrel restaurant is like every other one. It is fine to stop at for a quick meal when traveling instead of stopping at a fast food chain. However, beware that if you order eggs and the wait person asks if you want cheese, it will cost you an extra $1.20 for a few shreds of cheese. This should... More

CB's are always a "go to" when we travel, mostly because they are fairly dependable and affordable--plus we can usually find something on the menu that appeals. We were not disappointed with one sampler breakfast and one rainbow trout. The sampler breakfast was perfect and an added bonus of a "cinnamon glazed biscuit" that was featured item on the holiday...
