About to celebrate an important anniversary (?20? years)... went back after a reasonable weak experience a few years ago. WOW! lunch menu is expansive and fresh - great choices for american pub food. Pricing is excellent and service was good. Glad they are bringing a lot more local bands back; need to figure out how to find out more about... More

Worth it if you plan on drinking, they have a good selection on beers on tap. They also have very good Blue Cheese dressing. It's a little Grubby, but acceptable for the average "Grab a bite" meal More

On the weekends they have a band, nice bar, great quality, awesome staff, and good food! Not expensive either. The baked scallops are excellent and they have my favorite clam chowder!! They also have a private bar/room upstairs that you can rent for a small party. Its a great place for late night drinks with friends as well! We go... More

AWFUL. The parking lot is PITCH DARK. we were actually afraid of being hit by a car or tripping into a pot hole (of which there are many). We made it to the door knowing there was going to be a long wait at any place because of the antique show. All the people waiting in the lobby say they've... More

Our Sturbridge fiasco ended here. We tried going to the Cedar Street Grille, were seated but never waited upon. We left and came here. We were promptly seated and served at The Admiral's. Keep in mind that it's a pub, not fine dining. I ordered the fish and chips which were on special. OUTSTANDING. The fish, which my husband identified... More

Went to this place in Sturbridge. Just wanted a simple lunch. First, got there at 1:15. It was busy but not overly so. Ordered a beer and lunch, one of the specials. The beer was a micro brew, but having had it before, it was not fresh. So be it, we stopped for lunch. 45 minutes later, a bad lunch... More

Such a fun little tavern. They had a great band playing and a lot of people but it never got out of control. We only went for drinks so I can't say how the food was. More

Wow! What a find in this small tourist town. Food was incredible, not at all what we were expecting from a small pub. Lots of selections on the menu with a list of daily specials. Huge selection of beers on tap too! Highly recommend. More

We eat at TJ O'Brien's a couple of times a month. While the food isn't gourmet, it is consistently good. There is usually something on the specials list that flips my switch. They also pour Guiness the way it should be poured. The service is unfailingly good. If you want a good, simple meal, good service and a cocktail, TJ's... More

We've eaten dinner at the Admiral couple of times over the past year. We normally order off the regular menu. I really like their take on buffalo chicken wings. They are crispy and perfectly seasoned. They aren't dripping with the tradional buffalo sauce, but they are hot. I've had the open face steak sandwich with fries. The cut of meat... More
