Great experience for our business lunch. We had three great lunches - fried cheese appetizer, German sausage, scallops, mushroom crepes entrees and three different deserts which we shared. Intimate historic setting. We shared our experience with the three folks in the next table as well as the staff.

The only description we can give some shoddy service, poor food and a starange atmosphere. Yes, they do try hard but this supposed Austrain heaven in the middle of Southbridge is not that.

My wife and I came here after reading recent reviews on TA. It was worth the drive, from the greeting initially when we entered until we departed we both felt "who needs to fly to Vienna". I won't repeat what others have said before this writting, it was just a great evening, food was fresh, and presented correctly like we... More

Wow. If you have a taste for authentic and genuine Viennese food and torte, this is the place. Well worth the trip from Boston (about 40 miles) or from New York, Chicago and Washington for that matter. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is charming and the food is truly sublime. The only thing better is to also stay at... More

If you're ordering one of the house specials be sure to ask the price beforehand and make sure the wait person checks it out. We asked the price of a special and our waitress said "I think it's $30. but I could check it out on the computer." My husband ordered the special and since we did not hear anything... More

...not that I am, or ever hope to be royal! The chef in this restaurant is an Artist. You may not believe German-style cooking can do wonders with fish and shellfish, but the chef in this place knows how to make blaukraut, sauerbraten and dumplings but can also turn out an amazing lobster dish. The waitresses are all dressed in... More

An excellent dining experience. Attentive friendly service in a homelike atmosphere. We have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. All menu items carefully prepared and presented.

If you are searching for a dining experience uniquely excellent you must visit Vienna. From appetizer to dessert accompanied by a carefully constructed wine list your culinary experience will be memorable. I've dined at Vienna numerous times and can say there are no misses in the kitchen. Combine that with the conviviality of the Inn and its keepers, Lisa and... More

Because we had a Restaurant.com gift coupon and we were going to see a favorite band play live at The Cannery in Southbridge, we decided to just stop there without a reservation or any expectations. All we knew was that it was German cuisine. Little did we expect such a delightful experience starting with opening the exterior door and a... More

We were in the area for a wedding and decided to try the Vienna Inn because we rarely go to a German restaurant. I had a spinach, sweet potato strudel for an appetizer. The individual flavors came through a delicate flaky pastry. My main course was domestic boar. The meat was tender and flavorful, prepared similar to pulled pork. the... More
