Thankfully I live on Cape Cod. I eat at Gerardi's as often as possible. The potato crusted crab cakes are so flavorful - I love the contrast of the crispy potato and the soft crab. These crab cakes are not the typical, nasty little fried hockey pucks that many establishments pass off as edible food! They are divine. Deigo cooks... More

Wouldn't miss eating here when on the Cape. A little piece of the North End on Cape Cod. The food is delicious and the cannoli is the best I have ever had. Great chefs, great service.

We are 1st time visitor to S. Yarmouth, so we relied on Trip Advisor for a good restaurant. We will be heading for Maine and looking forward to lobster, so we decided on Italian this evening. Mine was Shrimp Scampi and my wife had a salad and crab ball appetizer. Everything was excellent with good portions. The server and greeter... More

We always save Gerardi's for our last night of vacation because it is so wonderful and will help us carry the vacation vibe home and back to work. Wish I was there tonight! The food is always spectacular and the wait staff is the best. Been going there since the tiny, 6 table original location and will not ever miss... More

After eating fish, clam chowder, fried clams and more we were ready to return to our roots for some pasta. Gerardi's fit the bill and then some. We went twice and enjoyed the chef, owner's creations of scampi on spinach papparadelli; lasagna; chicken marsala; clams on linguini. The red sauce is typical Sicilian( a little sweet). and absolutely delicious. We are spoiled... More

Second year in a row for birthday celebration. Food is delicious, service very good. Do not go without a reservation (at least in season). The bar/waiting area is quite small to wait for a table. the dining room is lively, but a little congested.

Most places are pretty average, when it comes to restaurants on the Cape. None really stood out, until we came here. Well first we came and they were booked till 8pm and we had to settle for average food elsewhere. But first impressions are everything, the place looked nice, and being that it was all booked up says something. So,... More

I had the home made Lasagna and my wife had the scallops. We had been at the scallop festival earlier and she wanted to compare the two treatments. We were both very satisfied with our meal and also enjoyed the cream brûlée

We were looking for a good dinner and thought Italian would be good. The food was just ok, nothing exceptional but very expensive. The service was no better and neither was the atmosphere. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Probably the best Italian food on Cape Cod. All made to order and consistently great with service to match. It's not a big place so be sure to make a reservation if you want to get in during prime hours.
