Pancake man was not a good breakfast spot. Our server was not very nice and she was testy. She said they didn't have items that were on the menu and she was rude in her response The chocolate chip pancakes were very slight on chocolate chips and that was disappointing to the girls They had a terrible selection of tea... Trust me when I say "save your money"! Supposedly they are known for there pancakes. I remember coming here many years ago on Sunday's & there would be a line waiting outside the door. However, the food was really good then. Something happened & the Pancake Man couldn't keep up.

For a breakfast place this place is nuts. I don't get why people wait 20-mins to sit and eat eggs. If it wasn't for the Potato Pancake and fresh squeezed OJ (for Mimosas) we won't have waited either. Overall it was a nice experience, a little expensive, the service ok, and the food came quick. My only concern is we... More

What a breakfast-enough for two and good service as well. This is a local favorite and if also known for their pancakes.

My family went here during our recent stay in Yarmouth. We had read the reviews so were not sure what to expect but I can say we had a pleasant experience. We had a server who was very friendly and great to the kids. The kids all had the pancakes from kids menu and couldn't finish. Two people in our... More

My son and I had breakfast. He ordered the Peanut Butter Cup pancakes and I had a Garden Veggie Omelet. Both meals were hot and flavorful. The omelet had plenty of vegetables and was presented well. The Peanut Butter Cup pancakes were very generous my 14 year old couldn't finish them off. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. The whole... More

The last time I went to the pancake man 8/4/14 is probably the last time I will ever go unfortunately. I had the pigs in a blanket, sausage wrapped in pancakes. It was good but really pricey! Our waitress who didn't speak a lick of English, took about 10 minutes to greet us, another 10 minutes to bring over coffee... More

We had a family brunch at the Pancake Man and the food was good, service on target however a little pricey though at $58 for four, two of which had children plates. Also my son wanted to substitute toast for pancakes on his child plate and we were told there was no substitutions. The interior needs some serious redecorating.

Had a wonderful breakfast on a rainy day in Yarmouth. The food and coffee was excellent, the staff was friendly and courteous. I will be back!

Every year on our annual Cape trip, we always treat ourselves to one day of breakfast at The Pancake Man. This year we were highly disappointed. The pancakes were dry, and not of their usual standard quality. The corned beef hash was disgusting and the service was less than mediocre. This place might be off our must go to place!
