There wasn`t anything I disliked! The soup was amazing!Chunks of lobster and sweet crab! You must dine here, not only for the fantastic food but for the excellent service from Alex. What a gentleman! Oh and there`s a great piano player too! Great big portions and very fresh and easy on the wallet!

I am sure I can not do justice to a Super Dining Experience. It was a rainy Sunday night on Cape Cod. We Googled Restaurants and picked the River Way Lobster House as it was close and had solid reviews. We made a reservation and when we arrived we were offered music or no music. We, not knowing anymore, said... More

Food was excellent with a great bar area and excellent dinner time entertainment. Very good food and variety of selection.

Nothing negative to be said. The staff was great, the food was great, the whole experience was perfect. Ate at many establishments in the Hyannis/ Yarmouth/Dennis areas and found most to be hugely overpriced and low in quality, some of the staff bordered on rude when asked questions. We had the early bird dinner on one occasion and the choices... More

Nothing like coming home after a long day at work and sitting down to a home cooked meal, especially one that you don't have to cook for yourself! That what eating at The Riverway is like. We're locals but we had never been there until we got a gift card last year. It was for $100 and we were able... More

I had the seafood Fra diavolo. It's awsome with very fresh seafood and good portion. I also have the chowder, very salty though.

This place used to be our favorite when we lived on the Cape. First time back in a while and it has changed. New owners have made it more upscale, which is probably good for them, but it has lost the friendly, quaint feeling we used to get when we visited. I guess that's progress, but it's not for us.

I had shrimp scampi, which I liked, but that is an easy dish. My wife had some concoction of Ravioli and Chicken, which she did not like. I would not say it is good for children, since most of the clientel were of older ages. They didnt seem to keen on children making noise during their dinner.

The first choice you have to make is whether to dine in the restaurant or the tavern. The menu is the same but the ambiance is different. We went here twice and chose the tavern both times. The first time there was live music from a very talented guitarist and singer. Extensive menu and great service and the food was... More

I have baked stuffed lobster in several restaurants, but the Riverway's is the best by far. I have had it several times there and it's always consistent and excellent. Having allergies to preservatives, I can honestly tell you that eveything in the stuffing is real lobster and scallops, and it's never dry or overcooked!!! The best thing about the Riverway... More
