I don't know what the most recent reviewers saw, but I have just spent a week on Cape Cod and ate at Ardeo five times. I used to enjoy this restaurant and made it a Cape stop. This year, in early May, the place was dirty - dirty chairs and bathroom etc.The food was passe and the atttude of certain staff (the manager?) was elitist and haughty. This is a great place for casual lunch or dinner...busy bur rarely a line, great waitstaff, attentive management on site, spotless bathrooms, very clean facility, busy bar, family friendly, but not overrun with kids. Middle eastern cuisine (with plenty of American choices/pizza also) especially good homemade soups. Try the Middle Eastern dishes for a special treat. more

Ardeo has excellent food ranging from Shellfish and pasta creations to pizza. Excellent paninas and salads-something for everyone's desires. Staff is very helpful and you will be greeted with warm bread and grated cheese. Ask for the garlic dip, Yum !!! Complimentary, but you have to ask.. Enjoy !!!! more
