So you are starved for some great food, and you rue the day you found out you have to eat Gluten Free. When Idgy's is open, no need to cry. They bake the best bread, pie crusts, pastries, etc for taking home. Or sit down for a spell and have one of their wonderful sandwiches. Very casual. Very good. She... More

This is a gluten-free oasis in a world of restaurants mostly covered by deserts. We had breakfast and lunch there yesterday, and it was all delicious. Puff roll, English muffin, white bread, cinnamon roll and more are all made onsite. There are many interesting menu selections and all of it is worry-free. For gluten intolerant visitors to Cape Cod –... More

Make sure to visit Idgy's if you are gluten free! We went for lunch this time. I had a panini sandwich with chicken, roasted tomatoes, spinach and provolone. It was very good! My husband had the chili and my son had pizza. Neither of them are gluten free, but both loved the food. The yummy cinnamon buns were sold out.... More

We have enjoyed Idgy's through the years and we have been really glad they're out there doing what they're doing. It's important for the Celiac/Gluten Free community and it's great for both residents and visitors of the Cape. Visits there were never 100% perfect but the food was always so good, we could overlook the flaws. This year, the flaws... More

I want to love this place. I really do. So it pains me to only be able to give IDGY's 3 stars. I've been going to IDGY's since it first opened with my celiac husband. We have a family house on the Cape so we were excited to have an all gluten free safe haven for him. Don't get me... More

Not exactly service with a smile, but it was probably just that one sour server. The gluten free food was excellent. It's not over-priced, either.

We frequent Idgy's whenever we are on the the Cape. Great gluten free food. Myself and my son both have celiac so breakfast out canbe difficult. We also stick up on cookies, bread, English muffins and cupcakes. Everything freezes very well!

I have been diagnosed with acute non-celiac gluten sensitivity and must maintain a strict gluten free diet including medications. What a joy to be able to order what I want with my diagnosis! Our houseparties are now catered by this expert on gluten sensitivity!!! And the food is supremely delicious! We have never been disappointed!

I enjoyed eating here!! Great service, amazing food. It was so nice to go into a restaurant and not have to worry if I was going to have problems after eating! They had a wide variety of items.
