Very average at best...

Went here as we heard from some family members how good the food is here. We are not sure we will trust their judgment anymore. Doyle's serve pub food in a pub atmosphere. The place itself is fine, not too loud and is family friendly. We started with nachos which were ok. They added lettuce on... read more

twin lobsters for $13,99 sounded good to me. First lobster was just ok ---no seasoning @ all. 2nd lobster looked like it had been in an oil slick. Tail meat blackened and un appetizing. Waitress removed it and brought another which was, again, just ok. I told her I would take the claws home and was informed I needed to... More

We have been trying out the local restaurants and pubs in the hopes of finding a place we would like to be "regulars" at. We got to Tommy Doyle's Pub and waited for a table, it was a Friday night. We did see a few parties leave and not want to wait. Of course the place was full so we... More

We had an occassion to stop here for a late lunch/dinner around 3:30pm. It wasn't crowded at the time so we had our choice as to where we wanted to be seated. They serve a bowl of popcorn which was a nice tidbit while waiting to select our entree'. My husband had the Surf N Turf which he raved about... More

We stopped here for a light lunch while in the area! The food was okay, nothing to brag about, but sometimes there are good specials such as the twin lobsters which we call ahead to see if they are serving (3)-times No lobster? Burgers are just Ok could have better! The bartenders this day was really rude. There seems to... More

We were there 9pm Sunday night. Place appears large but bar area is a bit tight and dark. We weren't allowed into dining room. Bar was full with what I would guess we're regulars. More than a couple were well into drinking the night away. They were very loud. Bar tenders were barely tolerant of our question about if there... More

Tommy Doyle's is located right on Route 138 in Easton. There is ample parking in the lot, and the space is roughly equal parts bar and restaurant seating. The menu has a mix of typical pub style food - soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, plated entrees, pizzas. There is usually a large daily special list of entrees as well. Portions are... More

Its average fare, but we keep on coming. There are several in our family who insist on lobster and Doyles has a great twin special. (But not for me.) I've tried their clams and have to say "average". Our last visit I tried their ribs and they were great! However service was a bit slow. twipeckl
