This is an irish bar with actually quite a big selection of food that is quite tasty. Additionally the beer selection is quite large as well. I wouldn't recommend going on a big game night as it turns into a raving sports bar - unless you're of course looking for this type of a thing.

Beer list = impressive, lots of local micro and nanobrews and specialty items Food = mediocre, uninspired, overpriced Service = unattentive, cold, uninviting. Best for sitting at the bar trying great beers.

We are staying at an airbnb just 10 mins walk from this excellent pub, recommended to us by our host. Great find & perfect place to relax after our very long sightseeing days. We have found the service, both very friendly & efficient. Good choice of beers and we have enjoyed the food too, the home fries in particular. Gets... More

This is my neighborhood bar and I have to say, it's most certainly my favorite! They always offer a solid beer selection and it will ALWAYS come in the proper glass, which I think is a sign of a great bar. Between my husband and I we've pretty much tasted the entire menu over the course of 4 years we've... More

3 of us went on a thursday night for a few appetizers and beers. Server was reluctant to do anything but roll her eyes and mumble under her breath. They had a bbq shrimp special that was good but the fries were soggy n they were pretty cheap when we asked for honey mustard that didnt make it to table... More

KW and I have been here to see sporting event - it's fab for that. And the food is surprisingly excellent pub food - but it's not pub food because they actually make the food on the premises vs. buying from a restaurant supply chain. Wonderful selection of beers - KW is a home brewer for many years and a... More

The Saloon makes a good first impression: lots of screens for watching spots, amazing draught beer selection, large, creative menu. We came to see a World Cup game and were delighted to see that they had a special menu commemorating all of the competing nations. But, the special menu is available only on Wednesdays during the World Cup. They were... More

Our server wasn't sure if they had boneless buffalo tenders, the fish in the tacos was burned, the burger too fatty, salad pretty plain and the wine watered down. When we wanted to pay our bill and get out of there our server was nowhere to be found. May go back for beer and possibly the tenders, but everything else... More

I've been to Magoun's a handful of times. The environment is relaxing and it's a great place to watch the game. It has an impressive draft beer selection and an equally impressive menu. The only downfall is the service. It seems as if they ignore you once they get your order and they are often forgetful, but if your easygoing... More

Was going out with friends to a show in the area. We decided on this place due to its menu. So glad we went it was great. I had the Portabello Melto and my boyfriend had a B.L.T. We both very happy with our meals. I was with a party of 12 people and we were seated immedidately no problem.... More
