Magical night out after a hard day -- just the right place for us!

We'd had a hard day, were out late, and neither of us wanted to cook. We had been wanting to try CasaB since seeing it when we were at the restaurant next door (Bronwyn). We stopped by with out a reservation to see if we could get a table. Our first impression was that it was empty and tiny... read more

The only downside is the thing I actually love about tapas - you start ordering small plates and lose your mind! Ordered too much tonight but enjoyed every bite. Puerto Rican and Colombian take on the Spanish tradition. Same delicious chorizo and shrimp but married to lime, cilantro and soft cheeses. Excellent cocktails w flavors of the sun. We'll be... I read this was a good restaurant and was just across the street for the Sommerville Cambridge channel where my friend was having her first art showing. There is a upstairs and a downstairs for this restaurant. The seating is eclectic and we were seated at the downstairs bar with a very friendly bartender. I ordered a glass of wine,... More

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and I plan to go back very soon. We went right around 6 and found that the place was completely empty. We were literally the first pair of diners there for dinner. We sat downstairs at the bar in the intimate nearly candlelit type setting. I'd say it was... More

Had a fine dinner here with friends. We hadn't eaten since breakfast so ordered a wide range of dishes. Found nothing not well prepared and tasty. Wine lift is reasonable. Our Cab Franc was quite good.

We went to Casa B last Saturday night with 2 other couples. Immediately upon walking in the front door we felt transported - we could have been in NYC, Madrid, or in the chef's home. It was warm and friendly, modern and new. We went downstairs to the bar while our table was being cleared from the previous guests. After... More

The tapas here are delicious and varied. Really enjoyed the food. The service, however, was awful. We waited a long time for our bar drinks, then we were never asked if we wanted a refill - and the food took so long, we sat around with empty glasses for a good 45 minutes (they did refill our water constantly, so... To start off I should say that I'm probably not the best person to bring to a tapas restaurant because I don't drink and I don't like to share my food! But, I went with the flow and I'm very glad that I did because the food and the service at Casa B were excellent. There were 5 in our... More

Fabulous dining experience. Our server, Jacob was amazing- knowledgeable and personable. 6 of us dined on a wide range of tapas. Ceviche trio was yummy and surprisingly, the fried Brussel sprouts were everyone's favorite. We sampled mushrooms with sweet potato, beef tenderloin, shrimp, meatballs, pot roast and more. All equally delicious. Don't miss the French fries. Desserts were also wonderful:... More

My husband and I stopped here for lunch one Saturday after dropping our bike off at Riverside for maintenance. What a gem of a find. A cute tapas place using seasonal and local foods. We have the farmers market sandwich which was fabulous and a passion fruit mousse that was incredible. Open air seating in the summer was nice also
