I ate the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever eaten here. The bread was crispy and the cheese gooey. Would eat here again.

Went for dinner with family at the Foundry on Elm back in January and the food was nothing short of amazing. We had the Devils on Horseback and the duck flatbread to start and I was super tempted to lick the plates once the food was gone! For the main courses we shared the chicken and the steak - both... We've had a midweek lunch here twice in the last month. Prior to this, we had had dinner here a number of times and really enjoyed our food and drinks. The luncheon menu is basically limited to salads, pizza and burgers. For both of our lunches, we sat at the bar. The service was excellent and the beer selection was... More

Foundry hits that sweet spot between refined and relaxed - the perfect Friday night spot. I estimate that I've been there 10 times, and the food is always great, as is the service. They make a mean old fashioned, and if you need a second after dinner, head to Saloon a couple of doors over and select from their ridiculous... More

We went for a drink on a Friday evening and got a couple of appetizers; both of which were quite good.

This place was absolutely heaving the night we went but we were seated after a relatively short wait during which we stood at the bar and had a beer (great range on draft). Food was really great - check out the brussels sprouts (no really !) and the steak frites :-)

Fair disclosure: we were running late for the 8pm nevermore play so we all just ordered burgers. Atmosphere was great. This isn't a chain type of place. Service: when we explained we needed to be fed, paid and out of there, our server made it possible. She made sure she was around and our needs taken care of. Food: the... More

Whatever else you have, have the steak. For once when you ask for it 'medium rare', medium rare is precisely what you get. It's a good size but not so vast that you know you'll have to leave half of it. The French fries are memorable and the Dijon mustard is the real thing. Friendly chatty interesting waiting staff who... More

I came here with a group of friends after hearing some great reviews from a family member. We went early in the evening as they were switching over to dinner so we had most of the dining room to ourselves. As one friend was in need of a shot he ordered a round of Fireball shots, i was not surprised... More
