Shepherd's Pie

This is conveniently located on Route 7, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend the Shepherd's Pie, not too big and very tasty!

Going out for dinner and being warmly received with very good food is great. Don't expect gourmet dining, just solid home cooking that is fairly priced at a eatery that attracts a local friendly crowd. Everyone from the hostess to the server to the bartender seemed truly happy to be there and that made us feel so comfortable too. Passing... More

Our first negative thought was the owner's look of distaste at my teen son's choice of footwear, flip-flops. I would also prefer he wear another shoe but I am grateful my sixteen year old ENJOYS his weekly dinner out with his mother so if he wanted to strap cardboard to his feet, I would happily accept. We were seated in... More

Good local place with a varied menu of well prepared and stout portions. Not fancy or trying too hard to serve adventuresome eaters -- just good honest American food. The host/owner makes you feel incredibly welcome whether it's your first time or tenth. Try the pot pie, pasta specials, or salads -- all very good.

When the owner stops by to fill water glasses while checking on your meal you know he cares. Great food good prices and excellent service. It's where the locals go for a reason! Nice job Bridge Restaurant! Go with the scampi!

Stopped in while we were in Sheffield without a recommendation and found it to be a great place, from the owner (Michael Dutton) to our server Davy we just had a great time. The food was delicious and rates our "Will Return" brand. When you find food, service and great people you just have to go there. While you are... More

We eat here probably once a month. We want restaurants in Southern Berkshires to know it's NOT just the summer people who make up your clientele. Have always had good meals here but wish they would offer more variety in the specials, as we want to try some different dishes! Appreciate that the owner always meets us before and after... More

Have been to restaurant many times. Food is okay, service is usually pretty fast but last night waitress was not very efficient, didn't offer to let us know what the specilals were until asked. Ordered the shrimp stir fry it was the worst meal I've ever eaten here. They didn't have rice because the rice cooker wasn't working?? Waitress said... More

The Bridge is housed in a modest roadside building that belies the quality of what lies inside. They offer a combination of fast and friendly service, tasty food, and generous drinks that add up to a great experience.

The Bridge is where the South Berkshire locals head to dinner on a Friday night, often with family in tow, to enjoy a traditional menu: scampi, pork loin, some kind of chicken, and a very tasty slow-roasted prime rib. It's the kind of place where the waitstaff asks, "Would you like a dinner salad with that for a dollar more?"... More
