My husband and I took my Mom out to dinner last week. There weren't many customers, but we found that we had to wait for our waitress to acknowledge us. Once she made contact, she was pretty much available. The food was average; tasty but average. This was a very different experience from my last visit to PJs and I... More

A nice restaurant in an old building. Food was good but being in MA you would think lobster would be more fairly priced.

I have passed this restaurant many times as I manage another restaurant and usually its on my way to work so when I get out it is usually closed . My Friend had a gift certificate and she asked me to take her there. It was early (around 4 pm) so there was only 2 cars in the parking lot .... More

PJs will probably not wow you or disappoint you, but in this day and age, if I am going out to a restaurant, I expect a bit more.

PJ's has been around for quite a while, & it's good today as it ever has been, which is fine. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. The prices are really reasonable. The food is very good, and the staff is friendly. The piano bar is a good place for drinks or dinner, especially for the more mature crowd. But, younger... More

When the piano player is at the Bar and you get an order of French Onion soup and some local seafood, you have made a good choice There is a nostalic warm feeling of new england resteraunts gone by. Miss the Lobster Savanah and WeinerSchnitzel from the old menu, but you have to give them credit for updating their menu,... More

This place gets three stars because of the atmosphere which is very rustic. Its a throwback... dark, cozy, and comfortable. Unfortunately, that's the bet part. The food is bland and of poor quality. I was there on a Friday with two others and we ordered french onion soup, cesar salad, lobster bisque, scallops, haddock, and smoked fish. The french on... More

The food was very good as was the service. The menu provides quite a few options. There should be something for everyone. I enjoyed the Veal Oscar. Very friendly staff and they seem to know most of the customers. I would guess many have been coming here for years (in some cases decades). At PJ's you don't need someone to... More

This place has been run poorly since forever. The only redeeming quality being the piano bar. Food is served from pre made packages dumped by High School Drop Outs into pots. I'm not kidding. Nothing is home made. Nobody is a trained chef. Don't go here to eat.

My wife and I were on the way back to Plymouth from the Northshore and wanted to try something different for a meal. It started out fine as the popovers and the Lobster Bisque were very good. From this point on it beyond us being a little disappointed. I got the Baked Finnan Haddie, which was a smoked Cod in... More
