My God, I cannot believe these comments. I had same exact experience with these rude people, except for a sweet waitress in ~ 50's, she was nice. As far as other people in staff, they were unproffesional and rude. I just hoped this place had hospitality as it looked. more

My mom, who is in her late 60's, sweet-natured, and a loyal customer of the Dunbar Teahouse -- was treated so poorly by the owner when she complained about her lunch and 45 minute wait for service. The owner went into a rage and my mother left the shop in tears. Completely unacceptable. more

My sister and I were treated so poorly by the owner of this establishment. When I told her the cream for the tea was curdled, she said it wasn't.
