Lovely setting with great seafood

I enjoyed a nice piece of broiled cod at the bar. Good wines by the glass, lovely atmosphere and setting. The only problem was the guitarist who was performing was so boring he was practically catatonic. Everything sounded the same. After a while I couldn't take is and I went elsewhere. The fish... read more

We have seen ads for this place and finally had a chance to go. What a great atmosphere right on the Harbor off the Cape cod Canal. Great view of the Sunset🌇. Service was great and friendly. Food we'd very good end lots of it. Broiled scallops and fried Fisherman's platter are definitely worth it. Nice prices too.

We visited the Pilot House twice on our trip. Once with a large group of about 25 people and then returned for lunch with four people. On both occasions the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent both times. There is ample parking and the view from the windows is very nice with the Marina... More

We went there this Saturday evening with my two grandsons and their Mother from Seattle Washington. Food was excellent, especially the raw littlenecks. They were perfect and I had a second order. Hubby had the chicken parm over pasta which he really enjoyed and he is Italian, so he is picky about his pasta. I also had the bacon corn... More

We enjoyed a late lunch at The Pilot House on a beautiful, sunny afternoon while visiting Sandwich. Even though it was almost 3:00, all the outside tables with shade were full so we waited a the bar for about 15 minutes. It was worth it. The view itself is worth a good rating...overlooking the marina and the canal as it... More

To sum up this evening's dinner: chowder cold (but we didn't complain); asked for a drink but server was too busy at the time; she heard the beep for our meals being ready (we were told to wait); meals arrive and she leaves; comes back for drink order and is told one meal is cold - she argues that point,... My friend who lives in Sandwich recommended this place because she said it would remind me of the Chart Room Restaurant. The owner may have come from that establishment. We sat outdoors which was very nice and breezy. We did not see many mosquitos. They have comfortable wicker seating, a fire pit , Adirondacks and an outdoor bar. I ordered... More

Vacationing with my two daughters and young granddaughters, my husband and I all went to dinner (5:30 p.m.) were seated right away (Wednesday night.) The food was scrumptious and served by a very attentive waitress who understood small children needs. Fried seafood platter had oysters, whole clams, scallops, delightful white fish, so much food! Beautiful decor and fantastic views of... More
