Very large menu. We went there twice this week. Wait staff were friendly and service was prompt (and patient with our grandkids!). I had an excellent lasagna that was too big to finish. The Sicilian calamari was outstanding. The french onion soup was very good. The seafood risotto was excellent, but you should pass on the bland chicken francese and... More

My wife and I have been going to tomatoes for quite some time. Love the food, love the service, love the atmosphere. We are always treated like valued customers, more like family actually. We usually sit at the bar but will occasionally get a table. Either way it's always a great night out. I've probably eaten a 1/4 of the... More

Tomatoes use to have great food. Now it's lousy large servings of food you wouldn't want to eat. Service slow not friendly waited forever for wine food even longer. It's a cheap imitation of Italian food

Wonderful waitress, excellent food, twice as much as you can eat--we loved it! Lobster bolognese was an interesting and tasty twist on standard bolognese. Salads were delicious and suitable for two. Both the grilled peach salad and Caesar were delicious. Very broad menu. Good wine selection. Reasonable prices for what you get.

Love this place servers are very pleasant and the food is excellent , I can't understand the people that have bad revues they just must be negative about everything in life I have a feeling they make something at home and send it back. 5 stars, and wish I could give them 10, fantastic!!

We came here on a Saturday for an anniversary dinner after hearing great reviews about the place. Nice atmosphere, busy and somewhat noisy - but a good vibe. We were initially offered a table in front of the speaker of the keyboard player who was performing that evening. Not good. The second table was better. After sitting, we ordered wine... More

We were one of two couples that went on Sunday night for dinner and all had very good meals . The Bolognese was very tasty as was the veal Parmesan and the portions were fairly large. Our waitress was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean with tables nicely set and we felt relaxed and never rushed. This was... More

I eat at Tomatoes Italian Grille quite often simply because the food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone that works there including the couple that own the restaurant, strive to make sure that you want to return. They have a menu that has such a great variety of Italian delights plus specials and 2 pages dedicated to oysters and... More

We have dined at many Italian restaurants from Manhattan to Boston's North End to Cape Cod and in-between among many other locations in the United States from very high end to great hole in the wall places that surprise and others not so good. I cooked at the best Italian restaurant in Schenectady, NY as a young man (mid 1970's... More
